Cina: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Henan

La camera era ok e anche l'arredamento era ok. Siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte e il ragazzo alla reception, Karl (credo si chiamasse così), è stato molto gentile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Gli orari della colazione e i piani erano spiegati chiaramente. Forse la camera era un po' angusta, dato che era accanto al bagno. Al mattino si sentivano i rumori dei vicini. I servizi igienici necessitano davvero di miglioramenti. C'era un ingorgo di taxi e c'era spazzatura ovunque sul lungomare.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

L'arredamento della camera è fantastico, molto grandioso e lussuoso, e anche la varietà e il gusto della colazione sono molto buoni, soprattutto la zuppa piccante👍 È comodo viaggiare. Ci sono le linee della metropolitana 1 e 10. C'è il Museo della scienza e della tecnologia di Zhengzhou e il vicino Museo della deviazione dell'acqua da sud a nord di Zhengzhou (l'interno è chiuso. Il museo è in fase di ristrutturazione fino al 30 novembre).

Servizi: Nuovissimo ed eccellente, con piscina, centro fitness e ristorante. L'arredamento è elegante e autentico, una vera esperienza Marriott a cinque stelle. Ringrazio il personale della reception e del centralino per la loro ospitalità e disponibilità a soddisfare tutte le mie richieste e domande. Sarebbe ancora meglio se avessero un'area di asciugatura self-service.

Haha 😄 La possibilità di tornare casualmente ad un altro hotel, si trasferisce all'hotel accogliente. È venuto a prendere un autobus sulla strada 🚗 Ascoltare il maestro del conducente ha detto che era il posto dove il capo poteva entrare. La sensazione di esperienza è davvero buona. Passando la strada di Liu, sembra che sia tornato all'infanzia, e i frutti sono stati benvenuti nella stanza, I bambini mangiano molto felici, i loro prodotti per bambini (confezioni di principe verde) sono pieni, e le piccole mutandine blu e rosa preparati per le nostre ragazze.Grazie (spazzo, analfabeto, rosa, gioiello, gioiello) tutte le belle e belle signorina sorelle!!!

An exceptionally well run Resort/hotel. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, including a lot of variety, very well staffed and sufficient space (some private rooms) even during morning peak demand. The room, except for some lighting/switch issues was exceptional. Bathroom amenities good. Swimming pool (25M) was very good (a little on the warm side) and very well staffed. In general, Yishui's staff is honed to almost military precision, inconspicuous but very attentive. Although not advertised as a tourist hotel the resort is very close to the Luoyang grottos, a brisk walk to the NE entrance or 10 minute taxi ride to the West entrance. Luoyang's high speed train station is a short taxi ride.

Il servizio dell'hotel è troppo caldo, il servizio è molto intimido, un buon aria condizionata in anticipo, la temperatura è comoda nella stanza, c'è acqua glaciale, la frontiera ha anche bevande glaciali, e caffè gratuito. L'apparecchiatura della sala fitness dell'hotel è anche molto completa, la moto e tutti i tipi di guancia. La stanza è anche aggiornata gratuitamente, e il nuovo piano di decorazione non è molto buono.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel due volte, e entrambi sono state terribili esperienze. Il sistema di riscaldamento non si chiude, la stanza si trasforma in un forno, e l'intero piano si sentiva sovrariscaldato. Non potevo dormire di tutto e dovevo svegliarmi diverse volte durante la notte senza sapere cosa fare. Il termostat non funziona, quindi non c'è modo di controllare la temperatura. Durante il mio primo soggiorno, la stanza non aveva nemmeno una finestra; hanno portato in un AC esterno e poi mi hanno mosso. Nel mio secondo soggiorno, la stanza aveva una finestra, ma non ha aiutato la stanza era molto calda. Dopo due soggiorni con la stessa questione, si tratta di un problema chiaramente persistente e non ritornerò.

La stanza era molto pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, rendendola un luogo rilassante per tornare dopo un giorno di visione. La cosa che mi ha colpito più è stata l'ospitalità reale del personale. L'equipaggio di front office era sempre amichevole, utile e benvenuto. Il personale di custodia andava di sopra e di là con un atteggiamento personale. Hanno notato che avevo medicina sul tavolo e mi hanno lasciato una nota scritta a mano che mi ricordava di non dimenticare di prenderla; e hanno riempito ogni giorno bottiglie di acqua potabile senza dover chiedermelo. Questi piccoli atti di gentilezza hanno mostrato una vera attenzione e mi hanno fatto sentire caldo e personale. Apprezzo davvero l'eccellente servizio e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque visita Zhengzhou.

This place is amazing! I felt so cared for and looked after. They go above and beyond in so many ways to make it a wonderful stay. They really did SO much for me to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and also cared for. It felt welcoming, clean, warm and wonderful. They have great attention to detail and are so incredibly considerate seeking to offer their visitors the best experience they can. The location is wonderful. A short walk to Songyang scenic area and some great local eateries. A short taxi (11yuan) to the Shaolin scenic area. I so highly recommend this place. I only write reviews when somewhere stands out and this place definitely does!!!!
