Cina: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Henan

La camera era ok e anche l'arredamento era ok. Siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte e il ragazzo alla reception, Karl (credo si chiamasse così), è stato molto gentile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Gli orari della colazione e i piani erano spiegati chiaramente. Forse la camera era un po' angusta, dato che era accanto al bagno. Al mattino si sentivano i rumori dei vicini. I servizi igienici necessitano davvero di miglioramenti. C'era un ingorgo di taxi e c'era spazzatura ovunque sul lungomare.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Ci sono le linee della metropolitana 1 e 10. C'è il Museo della scienza e della tecnologia di Zhengzhou e il vicino Museo della deviazione dell'acqua da sud a nord di Zhengzhou (l'interno è chiuso. Il museo è in fase di ristrutturazione fino al 30 novembre).

Luoyang Marriott è leader tra le città non di prima fascia. L'hardware mantiene il suo stile abituale e il servizio è sorprendentemente buono. Xiao Xu alla reception ha chiamato in anticipo per comunicare le esigenze del check-in, in modo che la procedura non richiedesse troppo tempo. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel due volte, e entrambi sono state terribili esperienze. Il sistema di riscaldamento non si chiude, la stanza si trasforma in un forno, e l'intero piano si sentiva sovrariscaldato. Non potevo dormire di tutto e dovevo svegliarmi diverse volte durante la notte senza sapere cosa fare. Il termostat non funziona, quindi non c'è modo di controllare la temperatura. Durante il mio primo soggiorno, la stanza non aveva nemmeno una finestra; hanno portato in un AC esterno e poi mi hanno mosso. Nel mio secondo soggiorno, la stanza aveva una finestra, ma non ha aiutato la stanza era molto calda. Dopo due soggiorni con la stessa questione, si tratta di un problema chiaramente persistente e non ritornerò.

Ottimo soggiorno presso Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Zhongzhou! Il personale è stato eccellente grazie speciali a Cici, Ella e Kitty che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. Una menzione particolare per Ella, che è andata sopra e oltre all'ultimo minuto per aiutarci a organizzare la nostra visita al tempio Shaolin. La sua ricchezza e dedizione hanno fatto la differenza! L'intera squadra è calda, professionale e veramente utile. Si consiglia molto questo hotel. Ci ritroveremo certamente nella nostra prossima visita a Zhengzhou!

Questo posto è meraviglioso! Mi sentivo così curato e guardato. Andano su e oltre in tanti modi per renderla un soggiorno meraviglioso. Mi hanno davvero fatto così tanto per rendere il mio soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Le camere sono bellissime e anche curate. Si sentiva benvenuto, pulito, caldo e meraviglioso. Hanno grande attenzione al dettaglio e sono così incredibili considerando di offrire ai loro visitatori la migliore esperienza che possano. La posizione è meravigliosa. Una breve passeggiata verso la zona scenica di Songyang e alcuni grandi cibi locali. Un breve taxi (11yuan) verso la zona scenica di Shaolin. Ho così fortemente raccomandato questo posto. Scrivo solo recensioni quando si trova in qualche posto e questo posto sicuramente fa!!!!

Il miglior hotel che io abbia soggiornato in Cina. Se stai visitando yuntaishan, ti prego, scegliere questo hotel non la rimpiangerai. Mi e la mia ragazza sono state date gratis caffè, un cocktail gratuito ciascuno, e gratis frutta/cucumber. Il BBQ era grande. Potrei darle una valutazione 11/10.Più di 5 stelle.Ho viaggiato in Cina quasi 3 mesi.Nessun altro hotel ha avuto servizio clienti come questo. Spero di avere la possibilità di visitare di nuovo qualche volta.

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.
