Svizzera: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Canton Lucerna

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Location was 10-15 bus ride from Lucerne with transportation cost covered by guest card buses run quite frequently. Breakfast selection consisted of a large variety of fruits which were placed tidily, granola in glass pots, which you could tell a lot of effort was made in managing breakfast experience for their guests. Stayed in a triple room which was much bigger than I expected with the sofa bed even getting its own tiny room. Only downside would be the lack of air con which made it slightly stuffy when you first entered the rom but they provided each room with an electrical fan and the weather wasn’t too hot during our stay though I could see this as a potential problem during hotter periods in the summer. All in all still a highly recommended hotel to future guests. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive after I told them about a left adaptor in the room and they offered options to send it back to me via taxi (though I eventually opted not to get it back due to the high cost of taxis in Switzerland ~250CHF to get it to the airport)

Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfettamente bella e convenientemente vicina al trasporto pubblico, tra cui le barche che si spostano su diversi viaggi sul lago. Il servizio all'hotel è stato molto buono e vorrei citare in particolare Kenny alla reception che era felice di andare a un miglio di distanza. Il caffè era buono, croissant e pane fresco, una splendida selezione di buona salsa di qualità, semplicemente eccellente. Per coloro che volevano, c'era anche il salmone fumato e, in alcuni giorni, un bicchiere di bulbo!! Vorrei anche menzionare le due signore che hanno fatto la colazione e mantenuto le cose pulite e fresche. Grazie.

Il personale dell'Hotel Baslertor era fantastico. Toby, Lars e la signora erano così amichevole e utile, ci sentivamo così benvenuti e come la stanza che ci siamo fermati. Ci sono posti a sedere nell'hotel e siamo riusciti a rilassarci tra le nostre aree. È stato conveniente saltare in autobus per arrivare alla stazione principale e possiamo camminare in molti luoghi. Se il custode potesse tenere la stanza ancora più pulita sarebbe perfetto.

Le strutture sono buone, c'è acqua calda fredda, la stanza è leggermente vecchia, l'ambiente circostante è buono, il personale è incantevole.L'igiene è buona, né le letti e le latte sono profumate.

La struttura è molto buona per visitare il lago, 30 minuti a Lucerne , il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, le camere sono pulite e piacevole spa per rilassarsi dopo un lungo viaggio :) c'è anche la possibilità di ricarrare la macchina elettrica. Molto buon colazione e salone all'aperto, lo consiglio sicuramente

Ho pensato che l'hotel fosse buono, buona posizione e buona stanza.Quando sono andato, ho scoperto che ho mangiato una multa per aver parcheggiato a dieci metri dalla porta dell'hotel.Ha detto che ha coperto un marchio in tedesco in qualche luogo e non può fermarlo. Siamo tedeschi, non abbiamo visto che il nostro cameriere sembrava molto entusiasta, ma ci hanno guardato a parcheggiare senza dire di no. Dopodiché ho scritto all'e-mail ufficiale, e la risposta molto arrogante è che la loro lingua ufficiale è la mia responsabilità. Non abbiamo visto che sia la nostra responsabilità!Non c'è motivo!

rigi kaltbad-first小火車站出來就到酒店了！超方便！纜車站也酒店SPA往下有一層就到了！位置超級好，推開窗看到了雲海雪山，美呆了！酒店設施也挺不錯，就是沒給燒開水的，我們自己帶了能燒水的保温杯。周圍徒步非常方便，小孩一直説還要再來！酒店有兩個餐廳，吃得勉勉強強。芝士火鍋好難吃，千萬別點，就是一鍋芝士＋一大盤小麪包，收50多瑞郎。

Alors l'hôtel est superbe à l'intérieur c'est très beau la restauration les serveurs sont super sympa mais par contre ce qui nous ont pas averti c'est qu'il y avait des immenses travaux devant il y avait une grue et beaucoup de bruit et c'est aussi inadmissible qu'on nous a rien à faire par rapport à ça.

La piscina calda è buona. La piscina calda è buona per vedere il lago e la montagna di neve. C'è un servizio di benessere opzionale, tornerà.
