Canada: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Manitoba

The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

La camera è molto pulita e confortevole con tutti i mod cons - più spaziosa di quella più in questo centro di una capitale e il prezzo è stato molto ragionevole per tutti a disposizione. Il personale era molto utile, organizzando il nostro taxi e per permetterci di rimanere nella stanza dopo aver controllato il tempo, in modo che potremmo rilassarci prima di partire dall'aeroporto. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto riguardo al soggiorno è stato il rumore dalla strada. L'hotel è in una zona vicino a alcuni ristoranti e bar fast food. La prima notte del soggiorno ci siamo svegliati da qualcuno che ha esploso musica nelle prime ore del mattino. Il mattino dopo, i bin uomini ci svegliarono alle cinque. Nessuna cosa può fare l'hotel, ma se pensate a questo hotel e non uscite a festeggiare fino alle ore iniziali, forse chiedete una stanza in un piano alto, davanti alla strada.

Val è una gentile signora e si prende cura di lei come membro della famiglia speciale. Puoi trovare un piccolo pezzo di cioccolato fatto a casa sul tuo letto, godere del calore di un caldo aperto accogliente. Vedi la foto. Sentirsi come casa è quello che stanno cercando di fare ogni giorno per farti quella impronta in tutti i dettagli che vedrete in questa proprietà affittabile. Ho chiamato questa esperienza di valore per ogni penny che era difficile da qualsiasi parte del mondo, ma un posto per sentirsi come casa gestita da 2 donne generose e calde. Non voglio scrivere troppo perché probabilmente non potrei prenotarli la prossima volta.

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!

Il peggior servizio che abbia mai ricevuto in un hotel. Ho lasciato un vestito per la pulizia secca martedì pomeriggio e il desk front non ha mai rispettato la promessa di seguire e confermare che sarebbe pronto per la mia partenza. Peggio, dopo il secondo giorno, nessuno sembrava a conoscenza di quello che era successo alla mia pulizia secca, e si è spostato a cambiare i miei piani e a trasferire le riunioni per sperare che i miei vestiti lo facessero in tempo il giorno della mia partenza. Fortunatamente l'ho fatto, ma ho finito di pagare per un ritorno tardivo della mia auto in affitto. Non ho ricevuto scuse da nessuno all'hotel.

Understand they are providing free stay for homeless people at the moment, but this should be clearly communicated in the description. We had a shock at the lobby when there are full of homeless people at the counter, one with many scars on his face was making troubles and cops with gun walked in. Imagine how we felt?!? There were security guards each floor at lift area but we still had a weird feeling. Luckily It was only a short stay for early morning flight. Free shuttle to airport is plus and only 5 mins to airport.

Good service, clean rooms, as expected. The 24 hour coffee machine is nice. Hot tub and pool area were clean and a nice space to hang out after a long day of driving. Cost was good for the night; ended up being stuck in town for another day due to a blizzard and the price jumped significantly online for our second night - spoke to the front desk and they were kind enough to offer us a 25% discount. Not a fancy place, but we always like to stay here when traveling through with our dogs.

In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno!!! Tuttavia, tre cose sono in sospeso. La nostra stanza non era riempita di carta igienica supplementare. 2. La drenaggio del bagno non drenerà tutto così bene. C'era un gruppo di moto che si presentava il 21 luglio, e sembravano scorrere davanti a loro. Introduzione, che il nostro balcone ha ignorato. Ci hanno fatto sentire disturbati da entrare e uscire dall'ingresso frontale e sicuramente rumore, mentre abbiamo cercato di godere del bellissimo tempo dal nostro balcone!!!
