We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

L'hotel è ben situato, vicino a tutto e soprattutto alla spiaggia. La cura è eccellente, la camera è perfetta. Lascio solo la mia critica per il parcheggio che è un po 'confusa e stretta e la colazione che potrebbe avere più opzioni.

O hotel é um verdadeiro luxo! Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e bem equipados. Solicitamos com antecedência uma vista para a Terceira Ponte, mas infelizmente esse pedido não foi atendido — seria um diferencial que valorizaria ainda mais a experiência. O café da manhã é impecável: muitas opções, tudo muito saboroso, e destaque para o omelete feito na hora. Em relação ao almoço e jantar, achamos a comida saborosa, mas o cardápio à la carte poderia ter mais variedade. Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é o atendimento dos manobristas, que poderiam ser mais cordiais no trato com os hóspedes. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e certamente voltaríamos, especialmente se esses pequenos pontos forem aprimorados.

Ottimo servizio sia in reception che nel ristorante, che offre alimenti di alta qualità. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e con bellissime viste. Andare tranquillo e con ascensore molto accessibile. Il miglior posto per un piacevole soggiorno nella bellissima città di Victoria. Torno presto

Hotel ben situato, vicino all'aeroporto. Buono caffè. Buono formato. Ristorante serve nella stanza.. Solo detezione per la forza di scarico e migliorare la forza di scarico.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A piscina é excelente. Uma boa infraestrutura. E o pessoal do atendimento é bastante cordial e solícito. Café da manhã sensacional.

Ottimo hotel. Prodotti frigoriferi e servizi di camera molto costosi.

Pulizia e organizzazione possono migliorare.
