Amazing resort! The Empire Brunei is truly luxurious — grand lobby, beautiful sea views, and very spacious rooms. The service is top-notch; staff are friendly and helpful at every step. The pools, private beach, and golf course are fantastic, and the whole place feels peaceful and relaxing. A perfect spot for a getaway if you want comfort, nature, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata eccezionale. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. Anche la posizione era comoda, vicino all'aeroporto e al centro commerciale The One. Offrono anche il trasferimento aeroportuale GRATUITO✈️🧳 Ci torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

La receptionist è stata gentile e professionale. Ha verificato prontamente tutti i dettagli richiesti e ha fornito informazioni utili sull'hotel e sulle attrazioni nelle vicinanze. La camera è piuttosto standard, dotata dei servizi essenziali e l'aria condizionata era ottima. L'ambiente era molto pulito, senza rumori forti provenienti dalla strada o dall'aria condizionata. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale. È vicino ad alcune delle principali attrazioni, mentre le più lontane sono a circa 15 minuti di auto. La colazione a buffet (a pagamento) è discreta, con cucina prevalentemente internazionale. Ho provato il ristorante interno e il servizio in camera. Il cibo era delizioso e a prezzi accessibili. Tutto il personale con cui ho interagito è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Non c'è molto da criticare di questo hotel.

Il Wi-Fi dell'hotel è pessimo!!! Meglio andare da Starbucks per ottenere la connessione Wi-Fi. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, con molti buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. La piscina è al secondo piano e bisogna attraversare l'edificio per accedervi, il che è davvero scomodo. La piscina è piuttosto spoglia e priva di servizi. La hall è piuttosto squallida, con posti a sedere limitati. C'è una panetteria e Starbucks all'interno della hall. La camera è pulita ma un po' vecchia, necessita di qualche ristrutturazione per migliorare l'aspetto.

Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

All staff are very helpful and Good attitude! Great Breakfast! Near location of the stadium!!! Highly recommend this hotel 🌟

I recently stayed at Parkview Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. Although the facilities are quite basic and the rooms could use some improvement or updating, everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient and appreciated. The 'sahur' buffet food was reasonable, with a decent variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you value cleanliness, quiet, spacious rooms, and excellent service.

E'molto felice di tornare da Brunei in vacanza!Il paese di basso profilo è nascosto da sorprese. La moschea sudanese di Omir Ali Seyftin, il tetto del muro bianco si riflette sul lago, è bella come una favola alla sera. Abbiamo anche seduto in taxi sull'acqua, attraversando il villaggio storico di Kampong Ayer, con un vento marino ricco e un senso di piacere speciale. Il ritmo di Brunei è lento, e la gente locale è anche super amichevole, l'atmosfera generale è sicura e curata.Questa facile e speciale viaggio di persone, davvero super perfetto!
