Room was very hot with no air con so none of my business colleagues got much sleep/ rest. A small fan in the room didn't do a lot. Staff weren't the most helpful or clear. We booked a spa hotel so our team could relax in the morning and get a jacuzzi following a long work day the day before. The hotel then told us we had to pay an extra £30 to use the spa as we had booked through trip.com and not direct (which would've been free spa access). It just felt like we were being charged the commission they have to pay booking playforms. Overall I wouldn't book the hotel as we came away unrested and not relaxed. Hotel looked nice, but a bit dated overall.

Staffs are helpful. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

The room was cosy and clean and the staff were for the most part nice. However, one lady at the check in desk gave me some dirty looks simply because of my age and the fact that I got rained on before check in which I did not appreciate. Overall a nice stay however

Le camere sono molto spaziose, con due letti doppi, perfetto per una vacanza familiare. Ho prenotato una camera di famiglia e il letto da letto non era pronto. Quando ho cercato di aprirlo, ho scoperto che il letto di divano era rotto.Siamo stati trasferiti in una seconda stanza che era rotta anche e siamo finiti sul piano superiore che era molto caldo e il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava e finì di dover prendere in prestito un fan per dormire.Il bagno Nel bagno è difficile da spruzzare.Ci sono solo cinque o sei parcheggi, che sono condivisi con altri hotel, ma c'è un altro parcheggio all'aperto circa due minuti a piedi.La colazione era molto limitata e non ha abbastanza forno, Ho dovuto condividere un forno con il mio bambino.Il tempo di attesa per l'ascensore è molto lungo. L'unica cosa positiva è stata l'atteggiamento del personale del dipartimento frontale, che erano sempre là per aiutare con i problemi.

It was very good hotel for the price we paid and it’s just 5 mins walk to the city centre. Haven’t tried the breakfast so can’t comment on that. They don’t have a refrigerator in the room which was a let down. Otherwise it was very good

Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.

Solo un servizio eccellente in tutto il mondo. Qualunque cosa abbiamo chiesto - puoi tenere un po'del nostro cibo in frigorifero sì. Il direttore Vishal Chib e il receptionista Kyi Kyi erano solo eccellenti.

Great overnight stay at the Swindon Holiday Inn.   Room was fresh and fully stocked for tea and coffee.  Shower was great.  Breakfast was well laid out, although mushrooms and a choice of egg styles / pastries could have tipped the balance to match a Premier Inn.   Staff on reception, breakfast and room housekeeping were so friendly and helpful.  The value for money was excellent.

Il nostro soggiorno potrebbe essere stato colorato dal tempo piovoso perché in tempi più soleggiati le viste dell'Hotel Leigh Park sarebbero state ancora migliori. La stazione ferroviaria a Bath da Bradford su Avon è molto camminabile ma è giù dal hotel (alcuni piccoli molto intensi) quasi tutto il viaggio e dopo un giorno di lavoro a Bath abbiamo scelto di ottenere un taxi indietro la passeggiata indietro che montagna avrebbe messo un basso su Il giorno (e normalmente corri quattro miglia due volte alla settimana, quindi sono abbastanza a posto!) La stanza che avevamo era molto grande, come la bagno. La doccia era davvero potente e si riscalda quasi immediatamente. Il personale era molto amichevole e l'atmosfera dell'hotel era classica. La zona di colazione che guardava fuori dal terreno era molto bello e mi piacerebbe aspettare lì e godere di un drink in una serata estiva. Ho riuscito a caricare la mia macchina elettrica con la stazione di carica del tipo 2 e purtroppo ha consegnato solo 7 kW, quindi ho riuscito a farlo solo un piccolo piccolissimo. Il colazione dell'hotel era un servizio personale, ma i contenitori che tenevano il cibo non lo tenevano particolarmente caldo, cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata. Anche la scelta del colazione avrebbe potuto essere un po' più ampia (per esempio, non ci sono stati pomodori offerti come parte del colazione inglese). Dopo aver detto che il colazione era buono. In tutto ci è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno e ci sarebbe stato di nuovo intenzione di visitare.
