My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni in questo hotel, a quanto pare, invano. La camera era molto semplice, con vista sul giardino e non c'era posto dove asciugare i vestiti dopo il nuoto. Niente di niente. Com'è possibile tutto questo in un hotel sul mare? La stanza era scarsamente pulita e c'erano polvere e capelli ovunque. I cuscini non sono i più comodi. Ce ne sono tanti, ma sono tutti grossi e sporgono la testa. Non dovremmo mettere cuscini di diverse dimensioni? Il vantaggio è che il mare è vicino, ma la spiaggia non è delle migliori né delle più belle. Il buffet per la cena non è male. C'è un parco acquatico, ma è molto vecchio. Solo se non sei mai stato da nessuna parte prima, ti piacerà. In generale, non trascorrerei più di 1-2 giorni in questo hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante allo Zuri Resort! Il personale è stato molto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad assisterci con un sorriso. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli, facendoci sentire come a casa. L'area piscina era bellissima, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare Coron. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la deliziosa colazione a buffet e la varietà di opzioni culinarie. La posizione era comoda, vicina alla città ma abbastanza tranquilla per un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌺✨

Tutto il personale è stato efficiente e cordiale. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in molto prima. Eravamo in viaggio da 35 ore ed eravamo esausti. Soleil Garden e Soleil Express sono collegati; sono due edifici separati, ma abbiamo utilizzato la piscina e il buffet del Garden. È stato meraviglioso, tutto era delizioso e vario, e di alta qualità. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente.

Camera: ogni stanza ha un piccolo balcone. Il balcone è una piscina, il paesaggio è buono. Ambiente: si può dire che il rapporto prezzo è molto alto. La stanza è molto vicina al mare. Sono passati due minuti e c'è un porto dove si può vedere la scena globale. Ho anche portato un grande record di bellezza. Servizio: le sorelle del servizio sono molto entusiasti, specialmente la sorella Cystal, vi presenterà i viaggi che possono fornire, e vi presenterà i viaggi privati dell'hotel. Puoi imbarcare per conto tuo. Anche se non includono le tasse sull'isola, si secca e si compra buoni pasti, Il fratello della barca può anche aiutarti a pranzo.

Questo è un po 'di un posto speciale. L'hotel è aperto alla propria spiaggia privata. E' molto isolato da tutto ciò che può essere bello se non vuoi lasciare l'hotel. Volevamo andare in città qualche sera, e questo è un po' di sfida.Prima devi prendere un golf car (che corre solo fino alle 10 pm) e poi cambiare in un triciclo. Le tricicli non andranno direttamente all'hotel perché l'ultima parte della strada è troppo forte e ventosa. L'altra opzione è andare lungo la spiaggia per 20 minuti invece di usare la macchina da golf per l'ultima parte, che abbiamo fatto poche volte. Non è troppo pericoloso, ma ci sono cani scomparsi. Il cibo nel ristorante dell'hotel era italiano e tutto a posto, niente di sorprendente. Il servizio non era grande. Due donne sembravano sapere come gestire un hotel, ma il resto del personale era piuttosto inutile. Spesso sembravano irritati, anche quando abbiamo appena ordinato cibo. Una volta abbiamo chiesto di quella zipline che è letteralmente la porta accanto e non sapevano nulla di esso (prezzo, tempo, come arrivare lì). Ci hanno organizzato una visita, che era grande, ma hanno sbagliato la prenotazione in qualche modo, così il tour guide pensava che fossimo solo due persone invece di quattro, che portavano a meno cibo per pranzo, e poi ci hanno addirittura caricato di più per la visita. La nostra stanza era buona. Puli e senza bug. Sì, puoi sentire tutto, ma non ci importava. La stanza era fatta solo su richiesta. L'intera zona è bella, ma ci sono state alcune cose che ci hanno disturbato, quindi non tornerei.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

The front desk service was efficient and good, and the room service was prompt to respond. Location is the hotel's best feature, being located walking distance from the town center where the restaurants, cafes and bars were. Breakfast was okay, with a variety of warm dishes in addition to an egg station. The room was nicely decorated, however it did not feel clean. A big cockroach was discovered on the first evening in the room and another one was left dead in the hallway for a very long time. The bed sheets had stains from before and these were not changed at the next cleaning despite being visibly dirty. Most of the towels provided were old and had colored stains and did not feel clean to use. The shower area also seemed to be mouldy, with watermarks like the surfaces had not been cleaned from before we arrived.
