Hotel con palestra a Palawan

Questo resort è il miglior resort dove sono mai stato. Il personale era molto gentile e gentile ogni volta. Ci hanno aiutato a fare buone ricordi. Le attività complementari sono state buone. Raccomandiamo davvero l'insularità. Questo resort è ricco di bellezza naturale. Tornerò in un prossimo futuro.

Il resort si trova proprio lungo l'autostrada, il che è molto comodo. Eravamo stanchi di guidare, quindi abbiamo deciso di fermarci per la notte. Abbiamo guardato il bellissimo tramonto sulla spiaggia, che è fantastico.  Sia il buffet della cena che quello della colazione erano davvero buoni. Complimenti agli chef.. C'è uno spettacolo di danza del fuoco durante il buffet della cena, è anche piuttosto buono. Complimenti agli OJT: Jeremy Joe al The Reserve e uno che ha fatto l'orientamento rapido dopo il nostro check-in. Buona fortuna a entrambi! Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente e torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo tornare e lo consiglierei a tutti. L'hotel era così rilassante e molto tropicale, che ti faceva rilassare e staccare completamente da tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato in una villa privata che era meravigliosa, e la camera era di ottime dimensioni con tutto il necessario e un bagno fantastico che ti faceva sentire come se fossi ai tropici. Allo stesso tempo, la piscina principale era incantevole con un ottimo bar a bordo piscina e le camere dell'hotel intorno alla piscina erano anch'esse incantevoli. L'unico aspetto negativo è stata la colazione, un aspetto che merita di essere rivisto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la salute e la sicurezza. La nostra prima mattina la presa elettrica era sovraccarica, il che ha causato un incendio piuttosto grave ai cavi. Il personale non è stato bravo a gestire la situazione e alla fine è arrivata la sicurezza, MA ha gettato un bicchiere d'acqua sul fuoco! Non sei sicuro che dovrebbe essere così? L'ospite all'altro tavolo ha detto che è successo anche il giorno prima? Penso che si debbano aggiungere più prese elettriche per non sovraccaricare? La colazione a buffet sembrava disordinata e potrebbe essere migliorata? Il cibo ordinato era ottimo e anche la cena era ottima. L'hotel è meraviglioso e ci tornerei volentieri.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante allo Zuri Resort! Il personale è stato molto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad assisterci con un sorriso. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli, facendoci sentire come a casa. L'area piscina era bellissima, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare Coron. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la deliziosa colazione a buffet e la varietà di opzioni culinarie. La posizione era comoda, vicina alla città ma abbastanza tranquilla per un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌺✨

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

L'hotel è piuttosto lontano dalla città, quindi la posizione non è delle più comode. Inoltre, giusto un avvertimento: c'è un cimitero nelle vicinanze, nel caso in cui a qualcuno interessi. La camera era pulita e il servizio era super-super-mega-eccellente. Senza dubbio il punto forte del nostro soggiorno. Anche la spa era fantastica, solo un po' complicata da prenotare perché possono ospitare solo due persone alla volta. C'erano molti insetti in giro per la struttura. Non sorprende, visto che ci troviamo in provincia, ma non sono piccoli, quindi altri dovrebbero esserne informati. Gran parte del resort era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della maggior parte dei servizi. Ma la piscina era molto pulita e ci siamo divertiti molto. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole, ma probabilmente la prossima volta proverò un altro resort.

Tutto il personale è stato efficiente e cordiale. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in molto prima. Eravamo in viaggio da 35 ore ed eravamo esausti. Soleil Garden e Soleil Express sono collegati; sono due edifici separati, ma abbiamo utilizzato la piscina e il buffet del Garden. È stato meraviglioso, tutto era delizioso e vario, e di alta qualità. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.
