Rhode Island, Stati Uniti d'America: hotel pet friendly

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. The hotel is vey easyily accessible. It is situated right next to a a large shoppingcenter with various shops and restaurants. Plus, the city of Providence is only a 10 to 15 minute drive. Apart from that, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay, while visiting Providence, without breaking the bank.

Excellent location, close to Amtrak train station, mall and restaurants. Walkable to College Hill, Federal Hill. West Tower better then East Tower which is in dire need of renovation.

La stanza è pulita e la cucina è completamente pulita. La lavatrice è molto conveniente. La lavatrice è anche molto conveniente (con la carta di bagno pagata ogni volta che hai bisogno di portare il lavabo o comprare il bagno alla reception). Siamo auto guidati. Parcheggio per 38 coltello per notte e giorno. Ci sarà un fratello piccolo per aiutarti a rimuovere la macchina e prendere la macchina in tempo. Non aspettare troppo alto per il cibo, ma non è meglio che non c'è. Non c'è molto lontano un supermercato giapponese che può comprare cibo. In generale, è molto buono per dire le carenze. Il rumore dell'aria condizionata è molto grande. Apriremo una finestra. Non apriremo l'aria condizionata. Se il tempo non è troppo freddo, questo problema è buono

Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious.

Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
