Baden-Württemberg, Germania: hotel pet friendly

È un hotel grande con una buona posizione, a due fermate dalla stazione ferroviaria e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana. È facile da trovare. L'hotel è relativamente nuovo e le dotazioni delle camere sono molto complete. È considerato un ostello della gioventù relativamente buono.

Grande posizione, a 1 min a piedi dalla metro, una stazione da hbf. Camera pulita, con lavatrice e cucina completa inclusi. Una notte tranquilla e sicura. Strumenti: la struttura della mia camera è strana, rendendo la stanza oscura la notte, con una sola lampada. Nessuna porta divisa la zona di doccia, quindi il bagno è pieno di acqua dopo ogni bagno. Il doccia si è rotto durante il mio alloggio, e io li ho chiesto di ripararlo, e non lo hanno fatto; dopo un sacco di caos mi hanno offerto di cambiare la stanza, e ho deciso di metterla in piedi e di usare la foresta piovana. In conclusione, non è male se l'incidente del doccia non fosse avvenuto, il servizio è di grande altezza, ma non così pratico in caso di problemi reali.

Minor issues but good overall. The blankets on the bed is way too small, it’s more like a long thin ***** rather than a full bed cover. Another issue I had is that the shower stall isn’t fully covered (which is a thing in Europe?) Water WILL inevitably spray about and make a mess. There’s also minor stains on the carpet. I understand how hard it is to clear carpets and I rather the ground is just tile or wooden flooring, makes cleaning much easier.

Purtroppo la piscina è stata chiusa e non si apre più! Questo dovrebbe essere modificato anche su pagine di Internet di più!! Quindi non pubblicizzare ancora con questo, se non c'è più la piscina. Questo non va bene!! Esistono solo due letti per due saune in g. Sono troppo pochi. Ci sarebbe ancora spazio per circa 5 letti! Tutto il resto era pulito e tutto bene.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Stuttgart! The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful even though not all of them spoke fluent English, they made every effort to understand and assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, self-contained, and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect right by the main road with a bus stop literally just outside the hotel. It’s super convenient for anyone using public transportation to explore the city. Plus, they offer parking, which is a huge bonus for those arriving by car. Overall, my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart!

Inizialmente avevo letto le recensioni e pensavo che l'atteggiamento del personale nei confronti del servizio non fosse buono e che la stanza fosse piccola. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che la stanza non era affatto piccola e il pavimento del bagno era riscaldato. L'atteggiamento del personale della reception è stato molto buono. Lo svantaggio è che c'è un solo cuscino e la trapunta è un po' sottile. Nel complesso buono 👍

Hotel selbst in der Aussenfassade End 90er Style. Eingangsbereich, Bar und Essensbereich wurden Stilvoll renoviert. Personal Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anschluss zur Therme über Bademantelgang. Bademantel und 2 kleine Habdtücher werden kostenfrei gestellt. In der Therme nur Karten oder Barzahlung möglich nicht über den Chip. Zimmer war renoviert (2. Stock) mit schönen Blick in die Ferne und über die Stadt. Zimmer sauber, Bad renoviert. Im Doppelbett keine Besucherritze. Safe vorhanden.

Здесь уже не впервые. Сначала выбор определило расположение - близость к метро. Но второй раз искала именно этот отель. Знала, что здесь чистые комфортные номера. Те, кто готовят номера трудятся ответственно. И особенно благодарна персоналу на ресепшене - все объяснят, во всем помогут. Очень приятно здесь бывать. Хочется повторить! И не раз!

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.
