Baden-Württemberg, Germania: hotel pet friendly

The farm is lovely, very nice atmosphere. The room however was very cold, there had been some issue with the heating system they told us. The room got a bit warmer later on, but still, in winter, it was cold inside. This was not ideal. Turning on the heating system some hours prior to arrival could have been a good option, because it seemed, the heating system was ok, only that it had not been turned on in time. Besides the lady in reception not the most helpful kind, it might have been due to a language issue, though. We arrived in darkness and they would not open the parking lot for us, as this was not for guests, although they had lot of space. They told us so we had to park farther away and bring the suitcases with us walking. The farm is a bit isolated from town, so in dark night, with kids, this was not very nice. But later on, the gates of the parking lot were opened for us, so we did not understand well what the problem was. In any case, close to the gate it was not possible to park not ever for some seconds to do the unloading or uploading as per the very strict sign there. Not very welcoming, all in all.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, sauber und ruhig. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Großes, bequemes und geruchsneutrales Bett. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne Mahlzeit gebucht da frühe Abreise

Schöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus? Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben! Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)

Super servizio, le camere sono molto pulite e il minibar è gratuito. Se sono nella zona, sempre lì, solo consigliare.

L'hotel è molto buono, l'ambiente interno è molto buono, l'igiene è buona, la posizione geografica è buona. Il piano di sotto è la strada a piedi, c'è un dm alla porta, il supermercato è a 5 e 600 metri da qui. Ci sono molti negozi vicino. Il parcheggio è alla porta, molto conveniente. Inoltre, devo dire che il servizio dell'hotel è fantastico, entusiasta e attento, offre caffè gratuito per 24 ore, il rapporto costo-benefici è davvero super alto! Molto consigliato

La piccola città popolare, infatti, ha un servizio piuttosto scarso. Quando ho affrontato il soggiorno, sono arrivato in anticipo. Non c'è nessuno nell'aula. Ho dovuto aspettare un'ora nell'aula. La luce è molto oscura nell'aula. Mi sento tutti capelli. Quando si è lasciato la stanza, non c'era nessuno. Fortunatamente c'erano i camerieri nella zona del colazione, che li hanno chiamati per chiamare la macchina.

E' stato tutto meraviglioso.

Ohne viele Worte einfach nur schön Vorhallen sehr gemütlich,sehr sauber,die Ortschaft sollte man auch gesehen haben …auch die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich…!!!

Per scegliere le camere da letto grandi al secondo piano o al di sopra, le camere da letto doppie al primo piano sono molto piccole, l'hotel è pulito e igienico, l'ambiente circostante è comodo, il supermercato è molto vicino, si può camminare verso l'azienda e il vicino supermercato e la città di cena
