L'esperienza era molto buona. L'hotel è molto confortevole e ha una buona vista. Andy è molto gentile e attenta, mi ha ricevuto con un bel sorriso e mi ha dato una spiegazione molto completa sull'hotel, i servizi e alcuni punti da visitare. Durante il soggiorno, lei era sempre attenta al mio comfort. Quando me ne andai, ho dimenticato il mio portatile nella stanza. Fortunatamente Andy si prende cura di esso e l'ha mandato a casa mia molto velocemente, è arrivato in poche ore. Grazie mille!! .

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Albergo delle Fate! Immagina di vivere in riva al fiume, di ascoltare canzoni provenienti dall'altra parte della riva, di sentire la brezza sul viso, di sederti tranquillamente vicino alla ringhiera, di osservare i pesci che nuotano con l'esca, qualcosa che nemmeno un dio cambierebbe! Il capo era molto entusiasta. Ci ha contattati in anticipo per venirci a prendere personalmente e ci ha anche aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti a un prezzo scontato. La camera era fantastica e il letto era comodissimo! Raccomandazione a cinque stelle!

如果來舟山旅遊 一定不要錯過這家店！！ 在4號樓 樓下就有停車場 很方便 出來玩當然是舒舒服服的 房間裏面乾淨整潔 入睡十分舒服 衞生阿姨也很客氣和熱情的幫忙打掃房間 他們家洗漱用品都是一次性的 和朋友過來玩 非常開心！！

The room is not very spacious, but it is beautiful, clean, and offers a wonderful view. The location is ideal, just 2 minutes from the metro and 13 minutes from the train station. I really enjoyed my stay, however, the wifi wasn’t great, especially for international apps. Additionally, it would be nice to add a stove in the room. By choosing this type of room, I would have liked to be able to cook. There’s a fridge and a space to prepare food, but the lack of a stove is a bit disappointing. That said, I still really enjoyed the place. Also, thanks to Trip.com, I had the privilege of a later check-out.

酒店很不錯 很大氣 前台辦理入住 前台小姐姐都特別熱情 非常親切 房間裏面房間很乾凈 還有浴缸 開車回來泡澡不要太舒服 早餐吃早餐 很豐富 想吃麪條也可以叫阿姨煮 整體感覺還是很舒適 非常不錯 設施：五臟俱全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很乾凈 服務：服務態度很不錯 特別熱情

新開的一家酒店，和隔壁萬豪是一個集團的，設施以及環境確實相當好了，落地窗外的風景也很不錯，酒店位置就在市中心和銀泰城在一塊兒，高峯期停車進去有點堵，但是商場裏停車位很多而且都是可以充電的，住酒店停車免費。前台Arron服務態度熱情，而且寵物友好，總體來説是相當滿意了

The room was clean and cozy, located right in the center of Xitang village — super convenient! I got a bit lost at first because you need to buy a ticket to enter the area, but the hotel staff were very helpful. The manager even came to meet me and helped me find the way. Great experience overall!
