He also drove us to the railway station for free! Drinking water (bottled) is unlimited. It was available at the corner, and we could take it for free. I left my glasses in the car we rented for the Balagezong trip. The owner arranged to retrieve them from the driver, had them sent to me by express delivery, and I received them the next day. It was so meaningful to me, as I can’t see without my glasses! Oh, and if you're Muslim, there is a halal restaurant just two minutes' walk from the hotel. The owner guided us there. There are also many places to eat nearby, including Mixue, and a convenient store. Didi can take you directly to the front of the hotel. It’s very convenient! Un hotel in stile cinese a tema conveniente e molto piacevolmente sorpreso~ Sono venuta a Dali con mio marito e, mentre cercavo un hotel, mi sono innamorata a prima vista di questo hotel in stile cinese. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service. We were impressed with the level of service, especially considering the slight language barrier. Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. It's not always easy to navigate a language difference, but they turned it into a non-issue with their kindness and professionalism. Good Job.

What a beautiful view. The hotel itself is located nearby the famous Halfway guesthouse. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staffs. I once left my backpack in the restaurant and didn't realize until he deliver it to my room. Thank you. The room is simple but very spacious with two big beds. I think it could accommodate 4 peoples. The hightlight is.. the view from our room. Just open the curtain and you can see the majestic Yulong snow mountain. The restaurant below also delicious although we had a bit problem with translation. Ps : book the upper floor room.

The place is around 20 mins from Dukezong Ancient Town and railway station, but didi is available. This place is really suitable for those looking to relax while enjoying amazing view overlooking hills, and the famous Napahai Lake. It was our luck that we came here when it was snowy, but this place is beautiful even during other season.

Very good location, in the border of ancient town, just across the street, easy access to lots of places to eat and food stores around, including a very good place to buy bread (makes a difference for westerns used to bread in the breakfast) The room was very confortable, and clean, well equiped, and the staff was very nice. I got to the hotel from the airport by taxi, aprox CNY100. Hotel staff also helped me indicating a Van service to take me to Dali, 2 1/2 hour drive, for CNY100. Although I was traveling alone, my room with a queen bed would accommodate a couplevery comfortably.

Firstly about the cleanliness. Room is clean, things are properly placed and kept neat and tidy. The location is just right outside lijiang ancient city which is perfect because it won't be that noisy when you require early rest, it's also near enough to the most bustling part of the town. There's some stairs for sure but if you can walk 玉龙雪山 and Lijiang ancient city this is really alright. Owner is very responsive and friendly and very helpful. There's a reason why they are 4.8* because the services are that good. Checked up on me and fetched me once I arrived to prevent myself from getting lost. Also help with some last min requests. If you have any issues, I'm sure he'll be glad to help you out, so no point complaining when it's over when one could have reached out to him and I'm sure he will help to the best of his abilities. Amenities are well supplied, there's enough stuff for you to last through the night. There's even an air-con, washing machine, resting corner, TV and a part to view the night city. Not to say the room is really big for that price.

We had a pleasant 3 nights stay here. They have snacks available throughout the day and staffs are very friendly. It is very convenient as there are a lot of dining options around. They offer free luggage pickup from the main street and we had a free ride to the Lijiang train station too.

Even though the weather outside was -12°C, we didn’t feel cold at all. The room was very warm, the heater worked great, and the toilet had a heater as well. The floors were heated too. The room looked exactly as advertised—huge, brand new, and super clean! The hotel offers all the basic facilities you need, such as a washing machine and a microwave. But among all the wonderful facilities and rooms, the biggest applause goes to the owner himself! The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He arranged a day trip for my family to Balagezong, lent us jackets for free, and even helped us with our luggage. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and waited for us so kindly. He also drove us to the railway station for free! Drinking water (bottled) is unlimited. It was available at the corner, and we could take it for free. I left my glasses in the car we rented for the Balagezong trip. The owner arranged to retrieve them from the driver, had them sent to me by express delivery, and I received them the next day. It was so meaningful to me, as I can’t see without my glasses! Oh, and if you're Muslim, there is a halal restaurant just two minutes' walk from the hotel. The owner guided us there. There are also many places to eat nearby, including Mixue, and a convenient store. Didi can take you directly to the front of the hotel. It’s very convenient! I really want to send my heartfelt thanks and kudos to the owner for such wonderful service and kindness. They are doing an excellent job taking care of the hotel. Dal momento in cui mio fratello ha camminato lungo la strada dalla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità fino a noi, è iniziato il bellissimo viaggio di Shangri-La~ Il B&B era ben organizzato e tenuto pulito da ragazzi e ragazze carinissimi, e le misure di riscaldamento mi hanno sorpreso ancora di più! Dal concentratore di ossigeno diffuso, al concentratore di ossigeno a sniffamento, alla coperta elettrica, al riscaldatore elettrico fino al comodissimo riscaldatore per bagno ad aria calda, premiali per il loro duro lavoro❤️ Hanno arredato il B&B con molta attenzione, le camere sono molto accoglienti, il piccolo cortile sembra molto caldo e c'è anche il parcheggio privato del B&B. Anche la posizione è molto buona, non è affatto rumorosa, è molto comodo andare al Parco Guishan, mangiare e passeggiare per la città antica. C'è anche un pediluvio e un massaggio a meno di 100 metri di distanza delle escursioni, posso godermi il massaggio. È super comodo da immergere e spremere. Anche la colazione al be & be è organizzata magnificamente dallo zio super carino. I graziosi panini di pollo sono carini e deliziosi? A proposito, mi piacciono molto le loro trapunte. What a beautiful view. The hotel itself is located nearby the famous Halfway guesthouse. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staffs. I once left my backpack in the restaurant and didn't realize until he deliver it to my room. Thank you. The room is simple but very spacious with two big beds. I think it could accommodate 4 peoples. The hightlight is.. the view from our room. Just open the curtain and you can see the majestic Yulong snow mountain. The restaurant below also delicious although we had a bit problem with translation. Ps : book the upper floor room.

This place is definitely one of my best stays! Amazing view, super friendly and helpful host, great room and the smart toilet even come with a built in bidet (somewhat rare in China). We extended our stay as we really liked the place! The host offered to pick us up and send us back to the railway station for free. Communication is easy via Wechat. She even offered us breakfast throughout our stay (corns milk since the rest of the food is not halal). The place is around 20 mins from Dukezong Ancient Town and railway station, but didi is available. This place is really suitable for those looking to relax while enjoying amazing view overlooking hills, and the famous Napahai Lake. It was our luck that we came here when it was snowy, but this place is beautiful even during other season.

Location is great and accessible by car. Just a few mins walk and you are in the ancient town. Heating is great with bed and floor heating even without air conditioning the heating is more than enough even in December winter. Boss is kind and helpful and gave free train station drop off service. Will stay again in future
