Ontario, Canada: hotel pet friendly

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

La camera era un po' datata, ma non era un grosso problema; era comunque abbastanza pulita. Tuttavia, l'accento indiano al telefono mi ha reso difficile capire dove si trovasse la navetta per l'aeroporto. La navetta è condivisa con un altro hotel, il Garden Hotel, quindi sul bus sono riportati i nomi di due hotel. Al momento del check-in, è necessario richiedere pantofole, spazzolino e dentifricio alla reception; il dentifricio non viene fornito a meno che non lo si richieda. Raggiungere l'aeroporto è molto comodo; la navetta si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel.

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

Family-friend trip. Somehow all of the instructions provided to trip.com when we made the reservation was never communicated to the hotel as we booked two rooms and one with a pet. We also put the second room under another name on trip.com which seems like the message was never passed on so there was a confusion at the beginning. Thankfully there was a room available for pet dog. However the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Parking for hotel visitors are $20 with unlimited in and out which was not listed on trip.com. Wish Trip.com could provide more information

One little bar of soap and very small for shower and washing hands one wash of shampoo . Asked for help with pur bags the guy lifted suitcase then went onhis pbo e Ihad toask him again to help us. There was a big Crack in the door opening I asked for tape he never returned could care at all my con wen for bugs, fly, bees.

Generalmente nessun problema. Buono per i viaggiatori d'affari. Raccomando ai miei partner d'affari di rimanere in questo hotel.

This is my first time staying here and it may be my last time. Both the restaurant & maintenance staff were patient, polite, and thoughtful. One of the shuttle drivers was very detail-oriented and made sure to meet guests’ needs, which I greatly appreciate, but another driver was repeatedly late and had an awful, unprofessional attitude. Upon check-in, a deposit is required and while that per se isn’t a problem, the credit card terminal/machine was very difficult to navigate. It ended up blocking my credit card from being used anywhere which is a nightmare for any traveler especially as a lot of places I go to are cashless venues. The ‘do not disturb’ door sign keeps falling off the knob/handle every single time I open and close the door, which caused inconvenience repeatedly (not a one-off issue). I wish they would modernize the air conditioning system. The one in my room was not working at first, no heating in winter is intolerable, I had to get the thermostat replaced which again caused more inconvenience for me. Overall room cleanliness was fine except a few colored specks on one of the bath towels. The room curtains as well as the shower temperature were confusing to adjust. The HVAC noises were quite disruptive too. I just feel like there were so many problems that had to be solved and friction to endure before I could even find any enjoyment in my stay. I know this isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel but even with that in mind, it sure did find lots of ways to disappoint me.

È arrivato il mantenimento, ma non poteva fermarlo. Mi sono portato in un'altra stanza, ma la manutenzione non poteva far saltare l'aria calda - era un'aria fredda. Mi sono portata in un'altra stanza - la manutenzione ha messo il riscaldatore in aria, ma ha continuato a chiudere. Il mantenimento della testa ha detto di aumentare il calore, e mi ha assicurato che sarebbe stata una buona camera 3. Durante la notte il riscaldatore si è chiuso e non è mai tornato. Mi sono svegliato alle 4 perche' ero freddo. Ho paura di toccare il riscaldatore perche' avrei avuto paura che cominciasse a soffiare aria fredda, quindi ho appena tirato il cappello/le foglie in alto e sono tornato a dormire. Quando ho detto al dipartimento di fronte le questioni di mattina in check-out, hanno detto che potevano rimuovere la tassa di parcheggio, ma non c'era altro perché ho prenotato una terza festa. Lo stress di essere messo in tre camere separate e poi il calore che si scioglie quando è ancora freddo all’esterno ha creato ancora più stress. Il personale era amichevole, la manutenzione era utile e amichevole, ma facciamolo, sono andato lì per rilassarmi e distress. Non è successo.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the room and the layout. The bathroom and the room itself were both a decent size. Hotel reception check in was a breeze and very professional. Happy to stay here again should the need arise.
