La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dal centro città e dai mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono essenziali ma funzionali, con servizi adeguati. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, così come il servizio. Nel complesso, un'ottima scelta per i viaggiatori che privilegiano il prezzo e la posizione rispetto al lusso.

Fantastic location right at the Brussels Midi station. Lovely staff who could speak multiple languages and breakfast ofger good varieties for options. The city centre is about 22 minutes' walk and quite navigable with the Google map app. Very good overall.

L'hotel si trova nella famosissima Piazza Grande. La posizione è eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato involontariamente in questa catena di residence in molti paesi. Quasi tutti si trovano nelle migliori posizioni della zona. Anche le strutture e i servizi sono piuttosto buoni e standardizzati. L'unico inconveniente è che durante i pasti, l'odore dei fumi di cottura provenienti dalle case altrui entrava nella nostra stanza. A quel punto, abbiamo acceso subito la cappa aspirante in camera. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare la situazione.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!

Due minuti a piedi dall'Eurostar Brussel midi. È molto comodo fare un giro in città o nelle piccole città vicine. Ma la sicurezza è un po’ tesa, con i neri che si radunano ovunque. Ci sono armadietti per i bagagli al piano terra. Viaggio singolo € 3/4/6 (piccolo/medio/grande) Abbiamo depositato un bagaglio medio per sei giorni e abbiamo ricevuto solo quattro euro. La colazione non cambia molto ogni giorno ma c'è frutta fresca. Molto bello.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro. Ma il servizio alla reception era pessimo. Così terribile che non riesco a credere che questo sia lo standard del Citadines. Entrambi i membri dello staff ci hanno trattato come se dovessimo loro da vivere, senza nemmeno sorridere o salutare gli ospiti. Ci hanno lasciato in giro senza preoccuparci di aiutarli per più di un'ora! I bagagli, per favore, portateli da soli, anche per portarli nella loro stanza... assolutamente nessun servizio. Peggio degli ostelli. Direzione del Citadine, spero che stiate leggendo questo.

L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, a 3-5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Galleria Hubert e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Grand Place. È molto comodo per tutto. C'è un Carrefour a due isolati di distanza per bevande e spuntini. La stanza non è grande, c'è ancora un po' di spazio dopo aver aperto due scatole. Il water e il bagno sono separati, il bagno con doccia è molto piccolo, ma c'è anche una vasca da bagno. Le finestre che danno sulla strada possono essere aperte per osservare il via vai delle persone al piano di sotto; inoltre, di notte sono ben sigillate, quindi non c'è troppo rumore. Sono forniti solo shampoo e gel doccia, mentre gli altri articoli monouso devono essere portati da voi. La colazione offre una gamma completa di prodotti, tra cui spremiagrumi, macchine per il caffè, macchine per waffle, salumi, uova, bacon, yogurt, frutta e fette di formaggio. È la stessa cosa ogni giorno, quasi senza cambiamenti. Tuttavia, i prezzi in Belgio sono molto alti. Se uscite, una tazza di caffè e un waffle a persona vi costeranno 20 euro. La colazione in hotel è molto più ricca.

C'è stato un problema con l'addebito del deposito di 100 euro effettuato all'inizio del mio recente soggiorno all'Hotel Warwick - Grand Palace il 16 novembre 2023. Ho soggiornato in hotel dal 16 al 20 novembre 2023. Ho notato che sulla mia carta di credito venivano addebitati 100 euro al giorno, per un totale di 400 euro (100 x 4). La mia fattura finale indica solo 16,96 euro (tasse incluse, poiché la mia camera d'albergo era stata pagata in anticipo). Il personale alla reception ha affermato che non esisteva un'altra fattura per lo storno di 400 euro. Ciò equivale a un doppio pagamento per l'hotel ed è piuttosto sconcertante che non ci fosse alcuna garanzia scritta di quanto avrebbero dovuto stornare. Inoltre, come è possibile che l'hotel continui ad addebitare quotidianamente l'importo quando la strisciata è stata effettuata una sola volta? A parte questo, la posizione e la pulizia erano eccellenti, ma questo problema di fatturazione ha decisamente rovinato il soggiorno.

Il personale è amichevole con i non madrelingua francesi. Sono disponibili anche stoviglie pulite in camera. Tuttavia, dovrai tirare con forza la porta per assicurarti che la serratura automatica funzioni.
