Stiria, Austria: hotel pet friendly

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

La posizione è buona, non lontano dal centro storico. La camera si affaccia sulla strada, ma l'insonorizzazione è buona dopo aver chiuso la finestra. Il parcheggio è dietro l'hotel ed è molto piccolo. Ci sono sette o otto gradini dal parcheggio alla reception, il che è molto scomodo per noi turisti con valigie grandi.

Sauber,ordentlich gepflegte Zimmer, gut war auch der Kaffee und Getränkeautomat in Zimmer-nähe.leider erkannte mein alter Navi die Straße nicht und wir mussten suchen.Bei Dunkelheit und ohne Hinweisschilder schwierig . Aber sonst fand ich das hotel gut.Vielen Dank
