Il KK Sapa Hotel è un hotel a 5 stelle situato alla fine della città di Sapa. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Sapa SunPlaza con molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Ha una grande e splendida hall dorata con personale del servizio clienti giovane e molto disponibile e amichevole. Il 15° livello è una sala pubblica per i clienti stanchi dell'hotel che arrivano presto e non possono ancora controllarla per riposare, ricaricarsi e leggere con bagni puliti e belli e un bar. C'è una piccola biblioteca 📚 lì per leggere. Puoi fare un pisolino e sorseggiare la tua tazza di tè ☕️ ammirando la vista romantica delle montagne! La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è ottima con una varietà di cibi serviti. Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale king size con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera è dotata anche di balcone dove puoi prendere il tuo caffè e bere la tua birra 🍺 mentre ammiri la vista delle montagne nebbiose 🏔️. c'è una grande vasca da bagno 🛀🏻 e una sala da spettacolo in piedi con il bagno accanto. mi sono goduto una vacanza coccolata e deliziosa festeggiando la nostra seconda luna di miele insieme 👩❤️👨💐

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel Pistachio è stato sorprendente, ma è abbastanza vicino alla città principale di Sapa (accesso anche se il primo piano). La reception è al 6° piano. Il personale di servizio era molto amichevole, anche se non interagivamo molto. Prenotammo una camera superiore ma sono stati aggiornati alla camera deluxe al check-in, che è venuto con un balcone. Possiamo solo immaginare la vista. Possiamo anche vedere le tracce funiculari dalla stazione Sapa alla stazione di cavo. La decorazione dell'hotel è molto moderna. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. Le strutture fornite erano più che sufficienti. I letti erano comodi. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche una bella diffusione. L'hotel offre ombrelle se piove (sotto riserva della disponibilità), la piscina infinita sembrava sorprendente se solo il tempo cooperasse!

The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers. For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless. The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders. One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop. While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal. Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly. Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

Very clean and conviniently located close to Sun Plaza. Very attentive and responsive to queries, communicating well in English with very good local knowledge. Very good mountain valley view with spacious room and balcony. Only serve buffet breakfast but restaurants and shops are just across road from hotel.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Stay at family room, great price even on Christmas holiday , room was great, big , with lift , everyrooms come with fan and Aircon and even our family room comes with big balcony. Overall great stay , bathroom can be improved on cleanliness , breakfast is good a lot of choice even can order eggs and noodles, great staff always gread you when you back the even did sell you all kind of service and tours , not to miss is their lobby restaurant , they served great food with reasonable price they even get 5 ⭐ from TripAdvisor 2024 .

It was a wonderful stay at DelaSol. We have booked a mountain view room with balcony and the view was stunning and breath taking. There was complimentary afternoon tea for us, we will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Sapa again.

La stanza era pulita e ci ha salutati un cane d'albergo che era una sorpresa. (amico non barking) prenota inizialmente l'hotel per una notte. Nella stanza c'era una posta che ci salutava e un paio di te.Aveva la stanza di vista montana che potevamo catturare il treno passando dalla mattina alla sera! La stanza comprende un buffet per colazione che ha una vista fantastica fuori! Dopo abbiamo deciso di rimanere una notte su piani di ultima notte e hanno appena avuto un altro spazio che la stanza è completamente pulita! Il personale è amichevole e in grado di parlare in inglese di base meglio di altri. Volevo tornare a rimanere di nuovo se avessi una possibilità! Il prezzo dell'hotel è anche un furto! L'unica cosa triste che non può incolpare loro perché la stanza in alto piano è piena. Ero rimasto al piano G che è al di sotto del livello stradale. Ma ancora aveva questa splendida vista sulla terza foto dalla nostra stanza! Immagina di avere un piano superiore la vista sarebbe stupefacente! (◞‿◟)

Phòng thì đắt, phòng bé tí. Có hiện đại thật nhưng phòng bé như thế với giá tiền này thì quá là ko xứng. Phòng bé này ở tận hà nội với sapa mình ở chỉ khoảng 500 ngày tết là hết cỡ. Mình là người đi công tác, đi chơi cả trong và ngoài nước rất nhiều nhưng thề quá thể ko xứng đáng. Chưa kể khi đặt phòng mình chọn loại phòng 1 giường đơn. Đến nhận p còn xếp cho mình phòng 2 giường đơn bé tí tẹo. Đã thế khi mình yêu cầu đổi còn kiểu ”em hỗ trợ đổi p cho mình”. Ô hay tao đặt p nào mày sắp sai phòng cho t chứ t cần m hỗ trợ? Giá khuyến mãi rồi còn gần 800k. Trong khi ko bao gốm ăn sáng phải mua thêm 95k/ 1 xuất ăn sáng. Mà hỡi ôi ăn sáng có bún phở , có cơm rang, có mì xào, cháo trắng nhưng đồ ăn kèm có đúng mỗi thịt hun khói với xúc xích thái nhỏ chiên. Ngoài ra cái gì cũng hết . Lúc mình ăn là 8h35p sáng. Trong khi h ăn sáng là từ 6-10h. Lúc mình ăn vẫn còn rất nhiều ng đang ăn cùng. Nói chung là quá tệ. Khuyên mọi người ko nên đến. Và mình thì sẽ không bao h quay lại . Tính quay video phòng lại nhưng thôi. Có duy nhất 1 điểm cộng đó là hiện đại sạch sẽ.

Я жил в этом отеле два раза, посещая город Лао Кай. Расположен возле железнодорожного вокзала и в 10 минутах езды о границы с Китаем. Небольшие и при этом вполне уютные номера. Рекомендую останавливаться, если нужно выезжать рано утром на поезде или автобусе в другие города Вьетнама.

初めてのラオカイ で宿泊しましたが、フロントの女性は笑顔で部屋もとてもキレイでした。館内にはレストランや、マッサージ施設も併設されており、近隣には市場や食事をする所もあります。部屋からソンホン川も見れて最高でした。
