Bella struttura in una zona strategica della città di Houston. Servizio ottimo e personale disponibile, che mi ha accolta, tenuto la valigia in un posto sicuro dopo il check out e aiutata in ogni richiesta. Belle le aree comuni, con distributore di acqua purificata e zona caffetteria sempre accessibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Preferirei questo hotel in catena, pulito, pulito, senza cucina, ma il microonde e altre strutture sono completi. Puoi scegliere di alloggiare in questo hotel, quindi consigliamo.

Il lobby era pieno di ospiti per oltre 3 ore cercando di accedere con solo 1 al desk front, sembrava che alcuni ospiti avevano prenotazioni online e non era nel sistema dopo 1 ora. Grazie, ho avuto le chiavi della stanza, ma il lettore della carta delle camere non funzionava. Poi si scoprì che lavorava per la stanza accanto alla porta. dopo aver spiegato al desk front, ho avuto una stanza completamente diversa. L'AC non sembrava funzionare bene, ma era abbastanza per dormire. Il colazione era molto debole e una confezione di colazione cookie. È questo quello che chiamano contenuto in questi giorni? L'hotel è gestito dall'ospedale Krank. Certo che stanno correndo più, spero che miglioreranno la colazione.

C'è una sensazione di hotel nel tempio, il design di colore è molto elegante, non può vedere il cielo, quindi è un po'caos giorno e notte.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. Questa è la peggiore diffamazione che abbia mai avuto, le foto non ingannano niente come un ristorante e o Hotel, questo è più probabilmente un motel di livello 5 così ingannato così prezioso per la qualità delle camere reali. La linea telefonica era la morte, dovevo andare al lobby per il servizio, apprezzo questo posto - 1000 se possibile, la posizione è grande ma nessun controllo di parcheggio di qualità può guidare e usare un presupposto di essere una spiaggia privata per gli ospiti, al check Mettete il tempo che ho chiesto per un certo tipo di riferimento # e o dichiarazione e mi è stato detto di chiedere trip.com per il mio tempo di check out e o check out dichiarazione dopo questa mancanza Di un'effettiva rinuncia mi preoccupava molto di essere incaricato di pagare per tempo extra e o incidenti che non ho mai usato e quando chiedo qualche tipo di prova e o dichiarazioni stampa, chiamano la sicurezza per spararmi e se non lo sono stato perché mi hanno fatto il telefono camera su

Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien. Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje... Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht. Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.

Houston non ha altre caratteristiche tranne la NASA, questo hotel è lo stesso.Il servizio è molto rapido, non c'è problema, ma nessuna città e servizio temperatura, è la sensazione che Houston e questo hotel mi danno.
