Промзона рядом не причиняет неудобств. Сетевой отель подразумевает некий стандарт качества обслуживания - приветливый персонал, владеющий английским языком, нормальный номер с удобствами, приличный завтрак (шведский стол). В моём случае удачный вариант, номера чистые, ремонт свежий.

Hem konumu hem çalışanların yaklaşımı hem de genel temizlik ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Samsun’a tekrar geldiğimizde nerede kalacağımızı düşünmemize gerek kalmayacak. Öncelikle personelden özellikle bahsetmek istiyorum. Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüzlü, saygılı ve yardımsever bir yaklaşımla karşılandık. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda ilgilendiler ve kendimizi misafir gibi hissettirdiler. Bence bir otelin kalitesini sadece odalar veya bina değil, çalışanların misafire olan yaklaşımı da belirliyor. Bu konuda Neba Royal Hotel gerçekten başarılı. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Genel kullanım alanlarında da temizliğe önem verildiği belli oluyordu. Konumu ise Samsun’u gezmek isteyenler için oldukça avantajlı. Şehir merkezinde birçok yere rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle kısa süreli şehir ziyaretlerinde merkezi konum gerçekten büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Kahvaltı ve genel hizmetlerden de memnun kaldık. Fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirdiğimde gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Buradaki bazı kötü yorumları okuduğumda açıkçası şaşırdım ve pek anlayamadım. Отель неплохой за свою цену, в целом было чисто и уютно. Хорошее месторасположение, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Купила не месте завтрак за 400 лир, обычный завтрак в таких гостиницах. Из минусов-сильная слышимость соседей

Отель находится очень близко к морю — это большой плюс. Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь, поэтому для нас главное было, чтобы постель была чистой, и с этим проблем не было. К сожалению, сам отель требует ремонта, а в ванной комнате мы заметили плесень. Подойдёт для краткой остановки, если важнее местоположение, чем комфорт и состояние номеров.
