Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools. Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

Il cibo è costoso, non molto di una selezione, ma spero che si puliscano meglio. Ho detto alla ricezione e mi hanno puntato all'occhio, ci hanno dato un'ora di proroga per il checkout, che non è davvero speciale, o compensa per i danni che hanno causato la pulizia scarsa :/

This hotel isn’t for families. This hotel is in the middle of a bar district. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The food at the rooftop is lacking. The only issue I had was the first day because I didn’t have hot water to take a shower. The staff resolved the issue the same day.

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Respectful staffs, very clean rooms, food is quickly served under 10 mins fully covered with wrap. Accomodated or honoured our Senior Cards and the presence of Security made us feel safe for our service vehicle. Thumbs up for you Hotel Sogo Tarlac!!!! Mr Ed Manebog Sydney

Lavora a turno 10:00 - 6:00 e posso dirle che ha un cuore dorato e molto benvenuto a tutti gli ospiti che incontra. Raccomando vivamente che venga promossa perché è una molto dura, gentile e molto guidata .Un grande SCORTO a Miss Gee . Grazie Royce hotel per rendere la nostra permanenza sicura . I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Location is very nice and accessible, service is quiet good. Cleanliness is very wise and nice, however somehow lack of amenities like the limited toiletries you have to buy it separately. But everything is still fun and good upon the stay. It was my second time in here.

La cosa più strana è che tutte le camere non hanno finestre, quindi la camera si sente vasca e un po' claustrofobica. Le camere erano pulite, il letto era confortevole, forniscono bottiglie d’acqua, caldo per acqua calda nella stanza. I canali televisivi erano un po' deludenti solo 11 canali, di cui due in inglese ( CNN e Cartoon Network) quando sono stati chiesti al ricevimento hanno detto che erano disponibili solo questi 11 canali, e il mio ultimo giorno appena prima di andare fuori, improvvisamente i canali HBO sono stati attivati. Hanno una piscina interna. Il Caffè chiamato Perks e Brew, era buono, la camera viene con colazione anche. WIFI è ok

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Questa è la mia prima prenotazione ora o ********* e le cose sono andate molto bene. Ho fatto la prenotazione per la mia ragazza e io ho fatto qualcosa di diverso. Io sono andato il giorno prima per assicurarmi che le cose fossero buone e tutto andava bene. Il giorno dopo, il check-in iniziava alle 4:00. Ho arrivato alle 4:35 e la mia stanza non era pronta fino alle 4:50...questa è l'unica denuncia che ho. Charmaine e le altre giovani signore del front desk erano molto professionali e cortesi, con un grande senso di umorismo. Ho soggiornato nella camera 508 e non ho lamentele sulla stanza. Guardate che era infettiva...Mi prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!

I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati a Midori per celebrare il suo compleanno. L'esperienza generale era buona. La stanza era davvero spaziosa e ben designata. Il personale era utile e amichevole. Il loro cibo era grande (anche i nostri pasticci dalla loro paniera). Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare anche il loro spa e era molto rilassante. Il loro ******, anche se piccolo, è ben attrezzato. Uno dei nostri pensieri è il loro parcheggio. Il loro parcheggio è limitato e sarebbe un passo per l'hotel giusto. Se il tempo permette :)

Siamo davvero lieti di scoprire il miglior segreto mantenuto a Luzon, Filippine e è in Clark City, Pampaga! Il parco insegreto di Radisson per noi per tornare la seconda volta è il loro personale hotel di eccellente formazione! Quasi tutti i loro dipendenti, dalla guardia alla cameriera, sono molto rispettosi e attenti alle esigenze di ogni ospite. Il primo ufficio è sempre felice ed efficiente. I lavoratori del ristorante sono attenti e veloci. Il portiere e il conducente van sono estremamente utili e pensanti. Quando si visita questo hotel chiede questo personale: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, e James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy e Jessie; Pulizia della stanza = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Non solo questi dipendenti hanno dato il meglio alle loro missioni assegnate, ma hanno anche compiuto molteplici compiti.Io e mio marito abbiamo osservato le loro prestazioni per una settimana perché abbiamo anche il nostro alloggio in Virginia, USA. E ciò che ci ha colpito, quando abbiamo controllato al mattino, un sandwich con frutta fresca e caffè fresco, ci aspettavano di andare con il nostro viaggio all'aeroporto. Infine, voglio ricordare l'array di cibo servito ogni giorno è ben pensato e molto attraente. Kudos al cuoco - sta migliorando ogni volta! La camera è così confortevole che mio marito vuole rimanere dentro tutto il giorno! Per chi accede, assicurarsi di chiedere di cancellare l'importo del deposito pagato sulla carta di credito non appena si accede. La mia famiglia e io pianificheremo di fare questo alloggio a casa nostra mentre visitare i nostri parenti nella zona di Luzon. Mantenere l'eccellente e professionale formazione Radisson!!!

Non è stato facile quando abbiamo iniziato a cercare la nostra ricezione di nozze intorno alle Filippine, perché ci sono così tante opzioni da scegliere. L'anno scorso siamo stati in servizio all'Hotel Clark Marriott, quindi ha un posto speciale nel nostro cuore, quindi io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo finalmente deciso di fare il nostro matrimonio qui. Siamo stati così felici di aver scelto l’Hotel Clark Marriott, abbiamo avuto il migliore e eccellente servizio clienti mai sperimentato, soprattutto con l’aiuto di Jonas Carlo e Laila, senza di loro non sarebbe possibile avere il nostro matrimonio sogno veramente. Ci hanno guidati e camminati fino alla fine, dalla nostra suite presidenziale, dal gusto alimentare, dalle garanzie e da altre straordinarie perche' tutto andava bene e tranquillo, senza stress, qualunque cosa abbiamo chiesto loro faranno funzionare il più possibile. È stato così facile comunicare con loro anche il nostro coordinatore di matrimonio è stato anche sorpreso come i cuochi, i dirigenti e altri membri del personale dell'hotel sono così professionali, amichevoli e molto accoglienti. Un anno di preparazione, ma sicuramente valeva la pena, ogni momento che abbiamo trascorso a Clark Marriott superava le nostre aspettative, la parte migliore era che tutti di noi ci piacevano e tutti i nostri ospiti hanno avuto un feedback positivo. Raccomandiamo al Clark Marriott Hotel di celebrare il vostro matrimonio, assolutamente più di 5 stelle per noi. Grazie, signori Jonas Carlo e Laila, per il vostro fantastico servizio!

Il personale era un po' troppo freddo, non troppo amichevole quando sono entrato, probabilmente perché ci sono troppi ospiti che cercavano di entrare anche.. le strutture sono buone, il AC è freddo e la doccia calda funziona.

Last minute booking on a return trip from Subic. The rooms are as advertised, clean, quiet and big. Wifi speed is excellent. Our rate did not include breakfast but there is a coffee shop outside and a convenience store for snacks.

All staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was always cleaned to perfection by Rechelle, Angelica, and Daniel. I had a problem with my AirCon not running efficiently and also a broken shower hook and towel rack. I want to thank Rechelle and her supervisor Gerald for reporting this problem to maintenance. Maintenance responded quickly and fixed the problem. Rechelle is the best cleaning lady I have ever had. Thank you

The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

Il luogo era facile da trovare come era per la strada nazionale. Hanno un ampio garage. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Non c'era wifi durante il nostro tempo, doveva essere fissato secondo loro. Uno dei servizi di assistenza non era cosi' freddo e il riscaldamento non funzionava. Anche se il posto non è cosi' ben mantenuto. Sarebbe meglio aggiornare la maggior parte degli impianti. :)
