good hotel in general, the rooms on the main street are very noisy especially at night, should invest in double glass windows.

Per me è la prima volta. La camera è pulitissima e carina. La colazione è a buffet. Mi piace il Chicken Currency. Mi è piaciuto. Il personale è molto cordiale e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in modo eccellente. Prenotare un taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto è il modo migliore. Il ristorante Fragrant Thai si trova nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto il pranzo e la cena. Il prezzo non è troppo alto. Mi è piaciuto. Grazie mille. We are so grateful for the fantastic experience we had at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Being close to the mall was definitely a perk, and we found our rooms to be comfortable and well-appointed. The TV had a great variety of channels, and the clean, well-maintained bathrooms added to our overall satisfaction. We can't wait to come back on our next visit!

We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

The staff were professional, helpful and genuinely friendy whick makes our stay very pleasant. The food was great and well prepared. The only thing we wished for is a swimming pool as it would have been nice to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.

This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!

Hotel is located at the beach with two swimming pools, one on the ground floor while the other is on the rooftop.  The pools are open at different times and not together so check out the hours as soon as you arrive or you you may miss using one of them due to their schedule. The staff are courteous and plenty but are not attentive to customers needs. They never follow up or monitor their customers.

Second time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again

Had an amazing stay. The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back!
