Filippine: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Luzon Centrale

Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

Il personale è molto cordiale e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in modo eccellente. Prenotare un taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto è il modo migliore. Il ristorante Fragrant Thai si trova nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto il pranzo e la cena. Il prezzo non è troppo alto. Mi è piaciuto. Grazie mille. Grande servizio. Parcheggio era un po' lontano. La piscina era bella e la spiaggia era bella. Il cibo era costoso e non molto grande. C'è un piccolo ristorante sulla spiaggia. 2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.

The place is okay. It was fully packed when we arrived, so we had to wait a little before checking in. I don't think they were fully prepared for it. The hotel's prices are a bit high I know it's a holiday, but since we stayed four nights, We should have been able to get a lower rate. You might understand when you check in. I would recommend it, but maybe during a non holiday season. The hotel has two swimming pools one with a restaurant and the other on the 6th floor with a diner. Food: Not so great I would rate it 5/10. They are often out of stock for some orders. I say this respectfully all the staff are friendly, but at least in the pool area, they are not very attentive. Most are in the bar, not paying much attention except for one guy probably half filipino and something, with light skinned, who is always at the door serving us. He’s good and deserves a 10/10 rating. Room: It's okay, but not worth the price. The soap and shampoo are not good they are mini bar-sized. Regarding the room service, I would give the attendant “Ronnel”, I believe a 10/10. He was approachable and greeted us with a genuine smile. All activities are available, but it's better to ask directly outside the beach before approaching the hotel staff. Overall, I would give the hotel 8/10. I would come back, it's especially good for families with kids.

Room is quite dark (don’t let the pictures fool you), the desk isn’t meant for any type of work really (also because of the lighting). Breakfast wasn’t as good as 2.5 years ago, has really deteriorated since then to be honest. Bathroom shower had an odd smell when you first start to shower; overall it’s just aging and not too well kept unfortunately.

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.
