Kazakistan: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Regione di Mańğystau

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits.

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

The hotel is very well equipped and modern, in particular the bar and the fitness studio are excellent. Rich and varied breakfast. The staff is very attentive and available for any request. Convenient location right in front of the sea promenade and close to interesting bars and restaurant. We very much appreciated our stay!

The hotel is located not far from the Beket-Ata mosque, there are several supermarkets and small cafes nearby so it’s easy to find smth to eat. Also there’s a bus stop from where you can easily go to the Caspian Sea Personnel was friendly and welcoming

Ho contattato Ctrip, ma non hanno discusso una soluzione con l'hotel. La camera è ancora indicata come 1,8 m. Chiunque desideri un letto grande dovrebbe evitare questo hotel; è assolutamente inaccettabile. Pagare un supplemento per un letto piccolo ha gravemente compromesso l'esperienza. Ho ricevuto un rimborso di 118 yuan per le ultime due notti, ma non è stato risolto nulla. Se avessi saputo che il letto era piccolo, non avrei prenotato questo hotel, o avrei prenotato una camera doppia invece di rimanere bloccato qui per due giorni senza ottenere un rimborso o un cambio. La camera era troppo calda, non c'era un pettine e inizialmente non c'era nemmeno l'acqua in bottiglia. Una delle finestre non si chiudeva bene e si trovava sopra la cucina, quindi l'odore di fumo di cottura proveniente dal piano di sotto era insopportabile al mattino. Consiglio di soggiornare altrove. Terribile.

Отличный отель , идеальная чистота , вкусные , разнообразные завтраки , хороший персонал , внимательный , понравилось абсолютно все . Это лучшее , что было в Актау )

Никаких претензий! Всё было на высоком уровне. Еда, вода, всё прекрасно. Есть бассейн куда не пускают детей. С детьми тоже куча развлекухи. Аквапарк и парк атракционов на территории. У нас все посещения входили в стоимость проживания. Мы очень довольны.

Non c'è nessuno difetto molto grande tranne un po'di guaio vicino alla strada.

Отличный отель прямо на побережье, красивый вид из номера на морюшко. Завтрак был разнообразный и вкусный. Мы заселились поздно из-за трудностей в дороге, персонал нас ждал, заселили быстро, номер комфортный и чистый. Нам все очень понравилось, в отеле разрешили мне позаниматься в спортзале после времени выселения. Персонал молодцы и постарались помочь нам во всех наших просьбах.
