Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

In assoluto il miglior soggiorno finora nei miei 15 giorni in Giappone e il servizio è davvero impeccabile. Sono stato in Giappone in diversi viaggi da solo e questo è senza dubbio uno degli hotel più memorabili. Il personale è davvero gentile e la vista dalla camera è incredibile. La camera in cui mi hanno fatto l'upgrade parla da sola: un bagno bellissimo e servizi davvero ottimi. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato fuori dalla terraferma, è disponibile un servizio ferroviario portuale e anche un servizio navetta gratuito per due delle principali stazioni nell'area di Kobe. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda. Dista poco più di 500 metri dalla stazione. Ci sono centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e molti ristoranti. Il Castello di Himeji è a solo un chilometro circa. Il servizio è ottimo e il personale è molto gentile. Inizialmente l'hotel mi aveva assegnato una camera con vista sul Castello di Himeji, ma non mi ero accorto di aver prenotato una camera fumatori al momento della prenotazione. Ho dovuto pagare un extra per passare a una camera non fumatori. Durante il periodo di prenotazione, non capivo il prezzo, quindi ho continuato a comunicare con Ctrip e l'hotel, ma il servizio clienti di Ctrip e il personale dell'hotel sono stati molto pazienti durante tutto il processo, in particolare la signorina Ogata alla reception, che parla fluentemente inglese ed è anche molto gentile. Nel complesso, ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

È stato fantastico che l'hotel abbia un servizio di autobus a shuttle dalla stazione di Sannoymiya, e il servizio è fantastico. Era facile e facile arrivare all'hotel. Altri servizi erano anche grandi, tuttavia il servizio di lavanderia era meno grande. Non ci sono abbastanza lavastoviglie per la dimensione dell'hotel, e molti ospiti stanno sempre a cuocere per la lavastoviglie, e il capitano della campana non è coerente con il modo in cui gestisce la cucina. A volte c'è un elenco di aspettativa per i clienti di registrarsi, mentre in altri, c'è bisogno di aspettare personalmente la chiave per essere disponibile.

The room is really spacious and has everything. Clean sheets, pjs and wc. The room was clean also but not as clean as my previous jp hotel ( some marks on the table) Bed was comfy too.theres an air purifier whoch was great. Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub as there is onsen in the hotel and massage chairs in the shared area. Love the free snacks, ramen, ice bar and Yakult. At night the onsen can get crowded. It's right at one of the entrances to nankinmachi and has a city bus stop a few steps away. The famous senbei shop is nearby too. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to the Architectural wonders of Awaji and you can view them with the seaview as a background right from the balcony. The size of the room is also very comfortable. Would also like to recommend booking the breakfast buffet. We have tried two restaurants from the hotel and bought souvenirs from the shop and have nothing to complain about.

Amazing hotel!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room, incredibly comfortable beds, good temperature control. Very nice shower room. One downside was there was only a small table (there we two of us). There was a shared kitchen and lounge area, which were very nice. The coffee was excellent. I would love to stay there again. Very close to the bus stop and whirlpool tour. But public transport on the island is very limited so it is difficult to get to other attractions if you don't have a car. There is local bike hire, but they were out of/didn't have e bikes, and the hills are very steep.

Great location close to mall and trains. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Unfortunately the amenities are a bit lacking. No gym and only 3 washing machines for the entirety of the hotel. I've seen people queuing for more than half an hour. Still would recommend.

Very nice and patient staff. Location is good with views of the Awaji Bridge though it is hard to cross the bridge if one is driving.

The hotel interiors look run down.. It needs upgrading or refurbishment especilly the floor carpet., curtains and furnitures. It does not deserve a 4 star rating. But on the location it does give gives strategic points as it was located by the sea, shops and din8ng areas. The port tower and surroundings provides an amazing views.

Il servizio è stato molto buono e i comfort che possiamo prendere sono quelli che vogliamo. Anche il cibo era molto buono. Anche se il personale non ha chiamato per ricordarci l'orario del check-out e siamo arrivati ​​con 30 minuti di ritardo, l'hotel non ci ha fatto pagare perché era Capodanno come complimento per il cliente. Quindi grazie mille Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe e non vediamo l'ora di soggiornare di nuovo qui quando torneremo a Kobe 😉
