Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Aichi

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

La camera dell'hotel era molto spaziosa che mi piaceva davvero! l'interno era anche bello! le strutture fornite al livello 2 del front desk erano anche piacevole! il personale era sempre molto dolce e utile con richieste/aiuto! Il bagno aveva un bidet di controllo remoto che ho visto per la prima volta che ho trovato molto divertente! AHAHAHAHA localizzazione è anche davvero fantastica! js come un VERY. come 20-30 metri passeggiata fino alla stazione più vicina entranza/uscita (che è uscita 2! Google Maps mi ha detto 3 quando sono arrivato per la prima volta ma uscita 2 è letteralmente js fuori dall'hotel girare a sinistra e si può vedere) Non scrivo solitamente recensioni cus im lazy ma mi sono divertito tanto! Certamente prenotare conforto inn di nuovo quando torno in Giappone!

Everything is good, good location (located near the AEON supermarket, just walk across the road and you will see a train station), quiet and less crowded compared to central nagoya, and the room is quite bigger than other hotels in japan

Al mio arrivo, l'hotel mi ha informato che l'impianto dell'acqua calda era rotto e non potevo fare una doccia calda in camera. Tuttavia, si sono offerti di rimborsarmi il costo del viaggio in uno stabilimento balneare vicino e il costo del taxi. Dato che per qualche motivo non potevo andarci, la reception mi ha detto che potevano prenotarmi un altro hotel. Hanno quindi contattato un Tokyo Inn nelle vicinanze, dove il personale ha preso i miei bagagli e mi ha assistito con il check-in. Sono molto grato per il loro servizio attento. L'hotel è molto vicino al quartiere dello shopping di Sakae e il centro commerciale Ichiran più vicino è a circa dieci minuti a piedi. Ci sono molti negozi al piano inferiore, ma è relativamente sicuro, quindi non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi.

Il prezzo della camera include la colazione, mentre le opzioni sono limitate, il gusto e la qualità sono buone. Amore il curry e è morbido uova. Dimensione della camera che ho prenotato è tipico di dimensioni giapponesi business hotel, che è compatto. La posizione è come 5-10 min alla stazione Nagoya, 5 min al centro commerciale Aeon e 15 min al Museo di memoria di Toyota (tutto a piedi). Inoltre, hanno caffè supplementare e bevande dolci tutto il giorno nella sala colazione fino alle 11 pm. L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino all'uscita Taiko della stazione JR. La camera è confortevole, anche se il lavabo non era molto pulito, presentava ancora delle macchie. Dopo il check-out, mentre ci preparavamo per il check-in dei bagagli, eravamo già in fila lungo la corsia dedicata. Il viaggiatore precedente ci ha indicato in inglese dove depositare i bagagli e il personale era sorridente. Quando è arrivato il nostro turno, la dipendente ha smesso di sorridere. Non mi sono preoccupata del fatto che non sorridesse, visto che ci aveva già detto in inglese di fare il check-in dei bagagli, sembrava aver capito. Ho ripetuto due volte che non importava se non capiva, ho anche usato il linguaggio del corpo, indicando i bagagli da registrare e una pila di cartellini di plastica per identificarli. La dipendente si è mostrata impaziente di procedere con il check-in dei bagagli. L'impressione è peggiorata notevolmente, ma fortunatamente un altro dipendente, un uomo, si è dimostrato gentile al momento del ritiro dei bagagli. A parte l'atteggiamento della dipendente, gli altri dipendenti sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno. La hall è fantastica, con grandi finestre e una bella vista notturna. Ma questo è probabilmente l'unico aspetto positivo, secondo me. Nella stanza, la posizione del letto è strana, perché i cuscini sono praticamente appoggiati sulla superficie rialzata del legno. Non consigliato ai bambini, perché cosa succederebbe se si sdraiassero sul cuscino senza prestare la dovuta attenzione? È molto facile che si sbattessero la testa e, peggio ancora, che si facessero male. E un lato della parete della stanza è come se fosse stato dipinto con inchiostro scuro, perdonatemi se non sono molto artistico. Nel complesso, non è stata una buona scelta durante tutto il nostro viaggio. Da viaggiatore abituale con un bambino piccolo, pensavo che gli hotel non gestiti da grandi cooperative avessero problemi come questo: non molto attenti.
