We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

#Grande posizione. Surprenantemente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, letteralmente camminando per strada quando sei arrivato. Una chiara istruzione per arrivare nella stanza. # Il bus all'aeroporto è a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel e costa 2.5 euro per persona. #Controlla rapidamente dopo aver chiamato. L'ospite vive in piedi, quindi è molto conveniente. Controlla il tempo è piuttosto presto alle 10:00, che è molto presto e è molto strettamente monitorato. Dovrebbe essere considerato se si prenota e avete un volo in serata. #Buona colazione, soprattutto la torta di barba blu, ma bisogna farla prima. Il latte non è perfetto, ma abbastanza buono. #Wifi è buono, la password è scritto sulla porta della stanza.

Ottimo hotel, ottimo staff, ottima posizione direttamente sul mare. Probabilmente hanno una delle migliori colazioni che potreste trovare in Italia. Unica nota dolente il ristorante. E' ottimo però le porzioni lasciano a desiderare (e chi va al sud vuole mangiare bene ed abbondante). In generale non posso che assegnare un voto ultra positivo alla struttura e consigliare a tutti questa scelta.

It's an excellent location for those landing late at the Reggio di Calabria airport . Check in was very self-explanatory , two codes is what gets you in - one for the front door and one for the room key box. The location is on the main street so very easy to find. Giovanni was very kind in absorbing our tourist tax as we had no change to pay same. The bus stop for the line that gets you into the city centre and the train station is a stone throw from the front door. Nothing was lacking or amiss , the only slight drawback is that for people with reduced mobility, if using a crutch or the like , it's very steep flights of stairs.

The hotel was very nice! The room we had was spacious, and the AC worked very well! The bathroom was nice, and the shower was quite large! We ordered room service and the food arrived quick, and it was delicious! The breakfast was also fantastic, and had plenty of options for anyone! The price was also very reasonable! Especially for the amenities and the cleanliness. You are also a 5 minute drive from a shopping center, that also has a food court. I highly recommend recommend this place for anyone making a trip to or through Calabria. Well worth the money!

The luxury suite where I stayed exceeded all my expectations. The views from the big terrace overlooking the Messina Strait and Sicily were Spectaculars!!! The attention to detail from our host, Francesca, was excellent. After travelling all around the world and staying in many amazing accommodations, I could resume by saying that my whole experience staying at the luxury suite at Villa Princi was one of a kind and that I will be coming back to experience it again in not time.

Posizione straordinaria con viste spettacolari dalla terrazza che era il momento clou di questo hotel! Anche la colazione era buona. L'unico aspetto negativo era che il materasso del letto non era accettabile per l'uso, potevo sentire e sentire ogni primavera che rendeva il sonno molto scomodo! Siamo stati lì solo per pochi giorni altrimenti avrei chiesto di trasferirmi! È un peccato perché la posizione era ottima! E gli avrei dato un 10/10

Fabio was very responsive and checked us in quickly around midnight. He kindly placed a birthday cake in the minibar as I requested and was nice to let me in an hour after check out after I forget my Dutch cheese in the room lol! The room is immaculately clean with a mini bar, spacious bathroom, shared kitchen and a lovely terrace! Highly recommend

L'hotel è in una posizione eccezionale con vista sul mare, sulle valli e sulle montagne. Il servizio offerto da Simone e dal suo staff è eccellente. Ma l'arredamento è orribile e manca nell'arredamento. Questo potrebbe essere il miglior hotel della calabria se è ben arredato e decorato nel modo giusto.

Location comodissima per il centro di Reggio Calabria, soprattutto per il museo archeologico e il lungomare. Parcheggio perfetto davanti all'ingresso, procedure di check in/out velocissime , spazi comuni ben tenuti e arredati. Camera di dimensioni generose con un bell'armadio e un bagno spazioso e ben fornito. Non ho usufruito di colazione e pasti. Unico difetto la mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto.
