India: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Kerala

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'O da Tamara. Ottima esperienza in generale. Amiamo il servizio personale e benvenuto da tutti e menzione speciale al chef Vipin. Egli è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Grazie all'intera squadra.

La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

プールビューのお部屋でしたが　エントランスやレストランから見えるメインプールではなく　海岸に近い方のプールが見えるお部屋でした。海岸には近く　クリフ下のビーチに行くのには便利でした。　コーヴァラムビーチにはオートリクシャーで15〜20分位です。朝食では　Liveでドーサを焼いていて　美味しかったです。

Nice stay in the hotel, rooms are clean, lifts available, it has restaurant on the same compound ( nearby ) with reasonable cost and varieties of menus. Paid airport transfer is also available.

Questo è un ottimo hotel e un grande valore per soldi. Le camere erano senza posti e letti estremamente comodi. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era meraviglioso con molte scelte. Sicuramente consigliere di soggiornare a Vivanta a Cochin.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum. Rooms are neat and clean, food is also amazing. More over very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy with the 02 days stay. It Located at the centre of the city, which is really accessible to railway station, temple and other near by locations.

La condizione dell'hotel è inferiore alla media. La camera e le aree pubbliche sono meno di media. Il servizio in ufficio frontale è piuttosto buono, professionale e amichevole. Il banchetto serve caffè con latte premiscelato e questo è molto strano, devo chiedere al personale se ho bisogno di una tazza di americano, e ci sono voluti più di 10 minuti per tornare e consegnarmi.

Il processo di check-in era ben fatto, e la stanza fornita era pulita e esattamente come richiesto. Il personale di accoglienza era molto amichevole e cordiale, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole, e dovevo anche pagare il mio VE, essenziale per il viaggio, ed era senza problemi. Ci piaceva il buffet di colazione una grande varietà e tutto era delizioso. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda. Il personale del desk front era gentile ed efficiente, e i camerieri erano costantemente attenti e utili. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso.

Bad welcome! At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night ) We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access. Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally. I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for. Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season. Room service was good. The room was clean. Room offered a great pool view. We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options. Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous. Stay here if you get good deals.
