Il personale dell'hotel ha bisogno di una formazione sull'ospitalità, per confrontarlo, il personale dell'ITC Welcom Hotel (vicina all'hotel commerciale) è più in grado di gestire. In particolare, l'ingresso e la ricezione, si sente come se entrasse alla stazione ferroviaria, perché non aiutano nemmeno con il bagaglio quando scansionano le borse.

The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

My extended stay here. It was good, no disturbance. Staff are polite.Breakfast not the best but the price was low so it's ok. If hotel read this please use part of your allowance to buy breakfast to include tea

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

L'hotel è chiuso all'aeroporto circa 20 minuti di taxi Uber. Ho una camera con vista sul fiume che è bello, e lo stile della camera è come il giapponese. Tutte le strutture sono buone, tranne una cosa che dovresti aggiornare la TV a Android TV invece perché tutti i canali all'interno sono indiano con lingua hindi. È meglio avere un canale sia Netflix, HBO, Disney e Amazon Prime all'interno e possiamo sincronizzare dal nostro cellulare. Il pranzo è l'80% vegie e il 20% non-vegie non molto varietà che è buono perché posso ordinare ”Bacon e uova”. Posizione: L'hotel all'esterno della città ci vuole circa 20-25 minuti a Nexus e Palladium Shopping Mall.

Location is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
