Arabia Saudita: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Riyad

A very nice hotel, with lovely ambiance and staff is great. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Food was good quality and value. The 13th floor lounge overlooks the kingdom centre with nice views. Highly recommend it for business travel or leisure.

Ho letto alcuni commenti negativi su quell'hotel, ma nel mio caso è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione per restare al passo con i tempi. Soprattutto il bagno, ma non è poi così male. Inoltre, è disponibile un parcheggio facilmente accessibile nel seminterrato dell'edificio.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'Arabia Saudita il luogo più popolare chiama Souk Al-Zal, così posso andare a fare shopping lì facilmente

الصراحه كل شي حلو حتى الفطور بس النادي سيء بس موب مشكله انا مشترك بنادي برا الفندق بس كل شي حلو مافي شي غلط انا مستاجر غرفتين مختلفه وحده الدور السادس وحده السابع حنا كنا قروبين الصدق الاستقبال مريحين وخدومين ومحترمين جداً

Una splendida esperienza in hotel. L'hotel è davvero eccellente, con una posizione di prima qualità e molto conveniente. Il livello di servizio è eccezionalmente raffinato e professionale, riflettendo la vera attenzione ai dettagli e al comfort degli ospiti. Tutto superava le aspettative, e l'atmosfera generale era tanto benvenuta quanto lussuosa. Un posto che vale la pena visitare di nuovo, senza un posto. Abdulrahman

La stanza era pulita e tesa, ma un po’ di fumo che profumava dalla stanza di fumo è entrato nella nostra stanza, un po’ incomoda perché abbiamo un bambino con noi.

Close proximity to malls and some coffee shops. Area isnt very crowded unlike many parts of riyadh but close to many good places which i find is a plus. Reception was fluent in English, room is clean and we got an upgrade which is very much appreciated as our previous available assigned room was a non smoking room but located in a smoking floor.
