Arabia Saudita: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Riyad

La stanza era tranquilla e spaziosa. La posizione era grande. Il colazione ha bisogno di molta attenzione, ha bisogno di miglioramento, non molto da scegliere e la qualità del cibo non era nemmeno fino al marchio. Le camere erano di scarsa qualità, il ferro nella stanza era semplice (nessun ferro a vapore disponibile), lo shampoo n era di scarsa qualità, la TV nella stanza non funzionava correttamente. Ho chiesto alla ricezione di organizzare un taxi/cabina all'aeroporto, che ha semplicemente negato grazie a Dio avevo l'app crema altrimenti avrei lottato per un giro verso l'aeroporto.

Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

Ottima posizione, per questo prezzo in zona è considerato il migliore, hotel abbastanza pulito ma non nuovo, quindi l'odore di legno è presente... nel complesso è un buon posto dove stare

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎

Il soggiorno perfetto. Per quel prezzo e quel luogo vale già la pena. L'hotel ha tutto, i servizi sono buoni, il colazione ha una varietà di piatti e la stanza che ho ottenuto è stato perfettamente pulita e senza problemi. Prenderei 100% in considerazione di prenotare Haven Plaza per il mio prossimo viaggio a Riyadh.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

In un hotel che viveva in questo viaggio saudita, questo complesso è buono per il prezzo.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio dell'hotel è stato in posizione, e sento che l'Arabia Saudita ha assunto molti stranieri intorno a lui. L'hotel ha visto i dipendenti con un po' di telaio e pavimento con un pannolino

La stanza era pulita e tesa, ma un po’ di fumo che profumava dalla stanza di fumo è entrato nella nostra stanza, un po’ incomoda perché abbiamo un bambino con noi.

Una splendida esperienza in hotel. L'hotel è davvero eccellente, con una posizione di prima qualità e molto conveniente. Il livello di servizio è eccezionalmente raffinato e professionale, riflettendo la vera attenzione ai dettagli e al comfort degli ospiti. Tutto superava le aspettative, e l'atmosfera generale era tanto benvenuta quanto lussuosa. Un posto che vale la pena visitare di nuovo, senza un posto. Abdulrahman
