India: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Goa

Всем привет, была в этом отеле. Было очень приятно и тихо. Кормили супер вкусно, всегда были приветливые и пытались помочь со всеми вопросами. Брала полный пансион и ни разу не пожалела. Если требуется - отель всегда может приготовить не остро для гостя. Понимаю, что, наверное, многих пугали отзывы про старый фонд-но мне достался весьма приличный номер)

The stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colva, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail that this hotel offers. Here are some highlights from my stay: 1. **Exceptional Staff**: The staff at Courtyard by Marriott truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests. 3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The convenience of being so close to the beach added a special touch to my stay. 4. **Comfortable Rooms**: The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and the prime location near the beach makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Questo è un bel ristorante con belle camere. Il nostro era pulito e spazioso. Il personale era generalmente molto buono e assistito con cose come la prenotazione di taxi. La spiaggia non è privata - solo il percorso di accesso alla spiaggia è privato. Non ci è stato alcun problema. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare 11000 rupie ciascuno per una festa obbligatoria di Anno Nuovo, che insistevano che fossimo stati notificati quando non avessimo, e sostenevano che non potevano controllare fino a quando non abbiamo pagato. E' stato estorto insistere su questo pagamento senza preavviso (e, prima di loro hanno detto che siamo stati certamente contattati ma non hanno trovato prove, e poi hanno detto che non avevano modo di contattarci). Infine abbiamo pagato con un sconto e abbiamo goduto della festa, ma l'esperienza mi ha lasciato un gusto sgradevole e avverto chiunque dica, a Natale o a Nuovi anni, che si verificheranno queste partite estremamente costose e obbligatorie.

La prima cosa che dirò su questo hotel è che è bello se vuoi essere in grado di rimanere in un hotel e rilassarsi lì. La posizione è molto isolata e molto, molto, messo sul fiume. E 'una bella scena. Tuttavia, se resti qui, avrai bisogno di un qualche tipo di trasporto (ho assunto una bici per 500 rupie al giorno) per andare in giro. L'hotel era pulito e la piscina era buona. Ha una zona di bar e il colazione era bello. I balconi che sono attaccato sono grandi per sedersi in serata. Sono venuto qui durante la stagione estiva e mi sono divertito, ma lei ha bisogno di affittare una bici per esplorare le aree circostanti.

I proprietari e l'intera squadra sono incredibilmente caldi, curati e genuinamente gentili. Non forniscono un posto per stare, si prendono cura di te. Durante il mio soggiorno, la madre dei proprietari era anche in visita, e lei era così gentile da insegnarmi come fare samosas! Erano assolutamente deliziosi, ed era così speciale, esperienza personale che mi ricorderò per molto tempo! ❤️ Quando dovevo affittare una scooty, tutta la famiglia dell'hotel (la gente) si occupava di tutto, si preparavano a consegnarlo direttamente al resort e poi a raccoglierlo. Ho avuto anche un piccolo incidente e danneggiato una parte della scooty. I proprietari mi hanno aiutato a comunicare con la società di noleggio e mi hanno chiesto di assicurarmi che tutto fosse gestito correttamente. Questo tipo di supporto e cura va molto oltre quello che si aspettava di solito da un hotel. E poi, naturalmente, c'è la posizione, il resort è letteralmente sul lato della spiaggia. Siete solo due passi dal mare! 🌊 Le camere sono pulite, il ristorante è fresco e delizioso, l'intera squadra è meravigliosa e l'atmosfera è così calda che si sente davvero come parte della famiglia. Ho anche notato che molti ospiti tornano qui anno dopo anno, e penso che tutto questo dica su questo posto. ❤️ Grazie alla famiglia celeste di Cupid per un soggiorno così caldo e bellissimo.
