Indonesia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Giava Orientale

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

We really liked our accommodation and initially we booked it to hike mount Ijen, however pick up would be around 01:00 so we decided to skip it. Breakfast was good, would recommend including it. Rooms were nice and spacious, bathroom was a bit dated, could use some work. Staff very friendly but because of a language barrier we assumed laundry was free, at least that's what some staff member told us after we asked. However it was as seen on the booking just 2 pieces a night (f.e. 2 shirts). At the bar the sold beers that were not on the menu. Beers on the menu were advertised with a price that included service charge and tax. The Beers they actually had and sold didn't have that included. All in all we really liked our stay but these were some experience that were a tad disappointing. In the end I still highly recommend to stay here to relax.

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

Abbiamo soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza altalenante. Sebbene ci siano stati sicuramente alcuni punti di forza, ci sono stati anche alcuni aspetti deludenti che hanno influenzato il nostro soggiorno nel complesso. Uno degli aspetti positivi più evidenti è stato il personale cordiale e accogliente. Tutti coloro con cui abbiamo interagito sono stati cortesi, disponibili e si sono impegnati a garantire il nostro comfort. Il servizio nel complesso è stato buono e il personale sembrava sinceramente desideroso di assisterci. Il cibo al ristorante dell'hotel era eccellente. Ogni pasto che abbiamo consumato era delizioso, tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la colazione. A causa del traffico imprevisto, siamo arrivati ​​in ritardo. Abbiamo chiesto se ci potessero mettere da parte del cibo, dato che avevamo pagato in anticipo la colazione. Purtroppo, ci è stato detto che questa richiesta avrebbe dovuto essere fatta la sera prima, il che è stato deludente e ci ha lasciato un po' delusi. La camera in sé era più piccola di quanto sembrasse nelle foto online e siamo rimasti sorpresi nello scoprire che non c'era un sistema di riscaldamento o raffreddamento, solo un ventilatore. Inoltre, c'erano vecchie macchie sulla biancheria da letto, il che ha dato una prima impressione tutt'altro che ideale. L'hotel offre una vista magnifica dall'alto, ma purtroppo il meteo non ci ha aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi non abbiamo potuto godercela appieno. Nel complesso, l'hotel ha del potenziale, con personale cordiale e ottimo cibo, ma ci sono aspetti da migliorare.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in un po' tardi, ma il personale è stato molto disponibile. La nostra camera era al 26° piano ed era davvero spaziosa per due persone. C'è un ferro da stiro a vapore in camera, una vera chicca per noi che non possiamo vivere senza ferro da stiro nemmeno durante un breve soggiorno. Sarebbe meglio se ci fornissero l'asse da stiro. Shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma erano inclusi e vorrei che ci fossero più ganci in bagno. Peccato che abbiamo girato solo un video della camera, ma non siamo riusciti nemmeno a caricarlo qui. Siamo andati a fare un breve allenamento in palestra la mattina prima di colazione. Hanno tapis roulant, cyclette ellittica, manubri e una panca per fare un po' di stretching, lol. Hanno una buona selezione per la colazione. Siamo rimasti così a lungo che abbiamo potuto provare tutto dal menu della colazione. La parte migliore dell'hotel è che è collegato al centro commerciale Pakuwon City. Fare shopping è facile 🤭

Il servizio è stato eccellente; è il miglior hotel di Surabaya. Il centro commerciale al piano inferiore è molto comodo e si può persino fare shopping da Pop Mart e acquistare Labubu (un popolare articolo di moda per bambini). È stato probabilmente l'hotel più economico e al tempo stesso più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante tutto il mio viaggio in Indonesia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

L'hotel era situato a distanza dalla città che è buono. Ambiente tranquillo con natura e animali intorno. La temperatura era grande, raffreddato e non sudato affatto. Il cibo era eccellente e molto conveniente. L'unico sfondo è stato la distanza dalla città, ci è voluto circa 1.5hrs per arrivare al centro commerciale più vicino.

La struttura è stata molto attraente e amichevole, e il servizio è stato molto buono in generale, ma la camera era molto povera, perciò poteva sentire un sacco di rumore dall'esterno. C’era anche un odore sgradevole che proveniva dall’acqua di copertura, e la stanza e la strada avevano un forte odore di vapore e di pura miseria, che era molto sgradevole. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, il cibo era deludente, era molto medio e non c'era nulla di speciale. In generale, il personale e il servizio erano buoni, ma le condizioni della camera e la cena del ristorante potevano essere notevolmente migliorate.

Sembra che l'hotel vecchio possa essere visto dalla mattress che sono rimasto dentro. Quando si va a fare una doccia, hanno dimenticato di dare un asciugamano. Devo chiedere prima. Il mio bambino deve andare alla reception per chiedere un asciugamano. L'acqua potabile è fornita solo per bere insieme fuori dalla stanza. Nella sua camera da bagno ci sono molti anatre neri fuori nel bacino. Molti mosquiti nella stanza devono chiedere un baygon per sprayre mosquiti. L'hotel deve essere notato in modo che gli ospiti siano confortevoli di rimanere lì .... abbiamo prenotato due camere..
