Indonesia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Giava Orientale

Camera pulita, buona posizione (connessa al centro commerciale), grande colazione, personale amichevole La stanza era molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è eccellente, poiché è direttamente collegato al Pakuwon Mall molto conveniente per shopping, cena e intrattenimento senza dover nemmeno andare fuori. Il colazione è stato grande, offrendo una vasta gamma di scelte deliziose e fresche. La maggior parte dei servizi erano molto amichevoli, utili e professionali, facendomi sentire benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Molto consigliato per chiunque visitasse Surabaya!

Batu è stato uno dei miei preferiti destinazioni in Indonesia e questo è grazie soprattutto a questo hotel. Il posto era magnifico, il colazione incredibile, ma più che tutto il personale era super bello e accogliente i server, i cuochi, la sicurezza, il personale della camera e il personale della reception!!! Grazie molto per la tua gentilezza! 😊

La seconda volta che resta qui, il ricevitore è molto amichevole e utile. Ultimo minuto chiedendo un cambiamento di data, sono molto paziente e utile e gestiscono i miei problemi!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Il personale del portavoce, del ricevitore, del F&B è il BEST Team! Oreo, Tia,Rozzaq per nominare alcuni e molti altri nomi che non posso ricordare (una vecchia signora - dimenticato di mettere il loro nome 🤭) . Sono amichevoli, utili, cortesi e i loro sorrisi sono molto contagiosi 😁. Mantenete il buon lavoro, ragazzi!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Questo hotel ha il servizio più insufficiente che abbiamo ricevuto, forse mai. Il colazione è magnifico. L'equipaggio è incredibilmente attento, e le strutture sono perfette. Che sia per Business, famiglia o per un soggiorno con il vostro partner, sarete al di sopra della luna con il vostro tempo a Aloft Surabaya. Incredibile, un deve rimanere.

exceeded expectations in all regards. from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior. the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping. and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge. overall 10/10 will visit again.

Hotel’s ambience is relaxing. Ocean is at the hotel’s backyard with huge greeneries, coconut trees, and simply beautiful.  Breakfast spread is not bad, the taste is so so. Swimming pool is infinity style and quite big. There is also gym in the hotel.  Room is small, bed is only 100 x 200 for twin. Separate toilet and shower room which size is in the smallish end. Balcony is quite big so you could sit down and enjoy reading. If you want to go with family, book enough room as there is no extra bed except in suites (sofa bed style).  As it is near the ocean, it could be windy.  You need car/transport to go around as it is not exactly in the city centre.  Good place to relax if you happen to be in East Java.
