酒店地點靠近跨境巴士站，方便早上坐巴士，步行只需十分鐘左右，房間設備一般，兩張單人床，空間亦不算大，兩人住三晚只提供一枝樽裝水！早餐在樓下餐廳，環境非常好，食物種類多，最驚喜是有即煎奄列，早餐供應時間是上午7:30至10:00，如要搭早車(例如早上6:45的)就只能敌棄早餐了！

Das Hotel war sehr toll, jedoch wäre es schön gewesen wenn eines der 2 Pools innen wäre. Service Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Zimmer war sehr sauber, eine Steckdose im Bad und eine Garderobe hat gefehlt. Ansonsten ist der Standort des Hotels sehr ruhig gelegen und fein zu entspannen

Grande struttura ricettiva nella penisola di fronte a Rovigno, collegata con la città da un taxi boat (5€ a tratta) o un trenino turistico fino alle 8 di sera circa (magari in estate anche più tardi). Gli alloggi sono mini appartamenti immersi nel verde, con camera da letto, mini cucina (completa di tutto il necessario) e balcone/terrazzino privato (vedi foto). Colazione maestosa, ricca e variegata sia dolce che salata. La struttura offre di tutto, piscina, spazi beach volley, campi da tennis, bar, ristoranti, un supermercato e parcheggi riservati assicurati Note negative, la struttura è davvero grande e questo significa che alla reception, nonostante i numerosi addetti, il check-in può essere piuttosto lento se si arriva in un orario di alta affluenza. Tanta gente significa anche: calca nella sala della colazione (comunque molto ben gestita) e possibili vicini rumorosi (con cani altrettanto rumorosi), ma questo è indipendente dalla gestione dell'hotel.

La piscina senza frontiere super bella può vedere direttamente il mare come le onde sono molto piccole e molto tranquille.Le strutture interne dell'hotel sono grandi, il paesaggio è molto bello, adatto per vedere direttamente il mare pulito al bordo del sole di Liang. Ma l'atteggiamento del personale è molto negativo, soprattutto per le due signore che hanno controllato la reception, la reception dell'hotel a cinque stelle, e il suono è molto negativo.Ho vissuto così tanti hotel a cinque stelle nel mondo e non ho mai visto un atteggiamento così negativo. La colazione è ancora cotta, è molto semplice.Ma il buffet di cena è troppo difficile da mangiare, non è stato così male da molto tempo.

The location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again.

Il nostro è stato un gemma nascosto di una stanza, molto colorato e pieno di pizza , all'interno di un appartamento di 3 camere, nel cuore storico, medievale urbano di Motovun, dove fantastico, senza interruzioni viste il paesaggio circostante aperto e prendersi gli occhi Il ristorante lungo la strada appartiene allo stesso proprietario e non possiamo raccomandarlo abbastanza forte. La stanza stessa dispone di aria condizionata, frigo, asciugacapelli e tutti i mod cons, ma il divertente layout esulta dal fascino del passato. Questa è una camera molto luminosa e felice, proprio quando entrate nel centro di Motovun, riempite con tutti i dettagli artificiosi - carino come un pulsante.

La struttura è stata molto attraente e ha sempre un personale amichevole e utile tra le 7 e le 10:00. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia standard superiore che ha tutto quello che ci serve per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Era pulito con bel decoro. Ci piacevano anche le cassette elettriche e la chiusura della porta. Il check-out era alle 10 e ci hanno permesso di tenere il bagaglio nella loro stanza di deposito e di tornare più tardi. Nessun problema era troppo per il personale. Non esitavamo a restare qui in futuro.

A nice apartment in the center of Pula. We received detailed check-in instruction via email. It was clear, and despite requiring us to enter several codes, we completed the task easily. The building is old and a bit gloomy. There was a heavy, damp smell in the hallway. We found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, likely left over from previous guests. However, we found clean, fresh towels also, and this wasn't a problem. We liked the apartment. All the electrical and plumbing worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the soundproofing was good.

Great pool and location near the sea. Great beds in the park. Breakfast was delicious and very rich assortment. Parking infront off the hotel. Super place for sightseeing Rovinj and Pula.

酒店將我們安排在副樓，副樓須要走出主樓大堂再經樓梯才能到達（我們幾件行李都重，上落極麻煩），我們已經是幾個月前訂房，是否經trip.con訂房會成為二等客人？或是酒店歧視中國人？這個沒法求証，因為我不會再住這間酒店。我們曾嘗試要求𨍭回主樓，但女服務員只冷淡地說主樓已滿，無能為力！ 而房間的露台，一打開玻璃門行出去已經見到蜘蛛網，其他衛生情況都滿意。
