Отель очень понравился! Из плюсов: -удачное расположение (на пляже, на окраине-рядом отелей нет, следовательно и людей мало), вид из окон замечательный -очень вежливый,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, причем весь-охрана,горничные, администраторы ресепшн, официанты. Вы молодцы!персонал-сердце любого отеля. -вид из номеров-шикарный, территория ухоженная, стройка не мешает. -качественные материалы, грамотная постройка Минус только один для меня- дыра в 10-15см на балконе, ребенок может и не упадет,так как есть трос, но ногу сломает,повиснув там. Больше минусов нет, но есть для меня моменты, на которые я бы хотела обратить внимание руководства (возможно кто-то это и не заметит, просто я в силу своей профессиональной деятельности заметила): - не докладывают полотенца для ног, нам их как убрали первый раз, так больше и не приносили, хотя с душевой нужны именно они и их замена. -если отель позиционирует себя как 5 звезд, то должны быть все косметические средства и еще тапочки, а не только мыло и шампунь( но я предполагаю, что 5* будет официально после завершения строительства других корпусов) -табличку не беспокоить вешали в обед на два часа, потом вешали табличку убрать-никто не убирал, пока через 2 дня не обратились на ресепшен, понимаю, что горничные не всегда видят, но могут после обеда еще раз проходить,когда люди уходят на пляж-в отеле у моря это было бы логично. -белье постельное нам сменили только за день до выезда😁 -в Кобулети очень много собак,соотвественно и на пляже.Я их очень люблю, но не на пляже. Когда ты сидишь с ребенком, а они тут рядом иежду собой грызутся. Хотелось бы в таком отеле частный пляж, за которым бы следили. Опять же повторюсь, это не какие-то критические минусы.Мы хорошо отдохнули, отель понравился, персонал понравился, если смотреть в общем-все замечательно!

Хороший очень большой отель. Территориально находится у берега моря. Номер был очень комфортабельный, большой, теплый, уборка на высоте. Очень понравился бассейн, сауна и хамам. Есть фитнесс зал, комфортабельный и всегда пустой) Завтрак шведский стол, разнообразный, вкусный. Там же находится казино но мы там не были, так что сказать ничего не могу. Краткое резюме: - приезжайте, вам понравится!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They made my birthday extra special by welcoming me with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is great, and I especially loved the view from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

5 stars hotel with 4 stars services . Management needs to pay attention to details and speed up services.

Siamo stati collocati in appartamenti con vista sul mare, sul 22° piano. Come già detto, il personale parla russo, i ragazzi sono molto duri e si incontreranno sempre, abbiamo anche offerto di aiutare con l'acquisto di biglietti per la ZD a Tbilisi! Non abbiamo mangiato, non abbiamo colazione dove è sceso, anche in fondo alle scale. Anche il personale è rispettoso e gentile. Un altro caffè fresco nella casa vicina sopra l'angolo. Gli ascensori vanno chiaramente, i loro tre passeggeri. La stanza è spaziosa, c'è un posto per girare, con/w. Boler era sul ECO, quindi quando si lava bene la testa, gli altri non arriveranno e dovevano aspettare. Abbiamo ancora una cattiva apertura della porta del bagno (scioccato il pavimento) e un flusso di rifugio. Nel doccia, se Leique non è in mano, il vetro è svuotato sulla padella e sul pavimento, ma non era tutto tenso e ci siamo indulgenti. Le tolette cambiano ogni giorno, e letto una volta ogni tre giorni. A volte sul pavimento, le mosche volano, ricordate. In un asciugamano con riscaldamento, è conveniente. Sulla balcone c'erano due sedie, a volte si può sederti, bere vino. Alla vecchia città (ascensore) a piedi esattamente un'ora, camminava sul panchino ogni giorno, molto grande e bella! Ci sono molti scambiatori, negozi, pane fresco, negozi, ecc. Siamo felici della nostra scelta, raccomanda.

Также в гостинице есть бассейн, сауна и тренажерный зал. Единственный минус - местоположение. Всё-таки далековато от моря, возможно из-за этого в дни моего посещения было чувство, что отель заполнен от силы на 5-10%
