”Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing, with the train station just a short walk away. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the free breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!”
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system.
Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none.
I am so grateful to them.
In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced.
If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.
Buona posizione per la nostra visita al Brudenell Club, a piedi, se vuoi 5 stelle non ti dispiace, è pulito, le camere sono fondamentali sì vero, ma per un soggiorno di notte andare a un gig che è più necessario, Molto buon colazione incluso con molta scelta, in generale se andassimo a fare un giro in quel lato della città non esitarei a prenotare di nuovo
Midland hotel is a little piece of history in Bradford. Central location, welcoming opulent entrance and reception areas.Vintage Tiles, chandeliers , wrought iron staircases, high ceilings. It has been refurbished- some rooms are yet to undergo the transformation. . Our room had been refurbished- black tiled bathroom , a forceful shower and deep bath. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and as it was an executive room - robe and slippers.
Bradford is going through some gentrification - some dowdy areas and yet there are areas of inspiration such as the central square set amongst lovely historic buildings . The tunnels- and pubs/ eateries within are magical( see pic attached, truly ‘ a world of imagination ‘) The Alhambra Theatre - art deco.
The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 👍
Had to book my hotel in Huddersfield while I was visiting Manchester/Leeds. The hotel was good with all the amenities and services. The staff was also good and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend the hotel to others too.
The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room.
Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc.
I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed.
I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

La stanza era molto confortevole e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario da asciugacapelli, ferro, molte socche di plug. L’unica colpa era la plug in bacino che si fermò nel buco.
La colazione era bella, non sbrigata e aiutatevi a fare qualcosa dal buffet - caldo o freddo.
Grande parcheggio auto gratuito.
The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

YYan15Nice location close to city center. Unfortunately we weren’t able to heat up/microwave our daughter’s food who have food allergies unlike when we stayed in Leonardo Hotel Birmingham where they accommodated our request. We had a nice stay though, enjoyed roaming around Leeds and the hotel is close to the train station as well so it was very convenient.

For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

Nessun asciugacapelli. L'hotel non era occupato e ci erano molte camere dello stesso che abbiamo prenotato, ma hanno scelto di fermarci lì. Questa stanza dovrebbe essere usata quando l'hotel è in grado. Pensate che il ricevitore era interessato solo a aggiornarci per un'ulteriore commissione. Ci ha sbattuti, ha detto che questa è la tua stanza se non aggiorna, come wth
UUtente ospiteI just got check in at 21.00 on 5/1/26 when I got in hotel they have 2 reception she ask all kind of thing like do I have a car and I have to put 1.01 pound for deposit and then she give me one paper i need to sight 3 time with my name and put my email address. But .....but they have another guest with another receptionist after them deposit she just give them the key to go to room immediately. So I ask my receptionist that I with her that why they don't need to sign anything. Why I get treat different????? I ask the receptionistthat she services me but another one receptionist she's speaking to me that what she do with the guest it not something to do with me. And acting not polite to me . And then she just call her guest to come back and sign paper same me so I say to receptionist that still service me that I have right to ask why I got different service i already paid same them.and I don't have a car same them why they got the key straight away but only me sight. If I don't mention it another reception will not bring paper out for them to sign . I not mind nut injustice wonder. Only wonder so I ask politely but another receptionist she's not very nice to me . This is first time I am in this hotel. I been all over the world this first time I got very unimpressed from receptions and I request the room far away from lift but I got room very close to the lift. Room is clean amenity is perfect. Just reception at front very turn me down already. I been many hilton all over the world I travel a lot this is first time I get low service from receptionist. They represented very well 👍👍👍👍
UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trovato una camera doppia molto piccola (doppia standard), ma c'era quasi nessuna camera da spostare, anche la camera da bagno era piccola. Sono andato a parlare con il manager che era bello e ci ha migliorati nella suite esecutiva (luna di miele) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, perché era il compleanno dei miei partner.
NNeil CookeNic, pulito e confortevole hotel. Idealmente situato sul M1 ma senza il rumore del traffico. Ristorante un po 'limitato ma ci sono più posti da mangiare nei servizi. Il bar è un po 'prezzo, ma il personale è fantastico e un credito alla società
