Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

The hotel location is great..its with in the shopping centre. Grest customer service. They even aowed us to check in early! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.McDonald's etc. Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Smart tv Breakfast very good. A value for money. Highly reccommended. .

L'edificio è imponente e meraviglioso. La camera è un po' datata, ma comunque ben tenuta. L'hotel è molto caldo e accogliente. Il giardino è mozzafiato. Ho apprezzato molto anche la spa, soprattutto la piccola piscina esterna con idromassaggio, davvero rinfrescante. Lo consiglierei vivamente ad amici e parenti.

I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

I got to the hotel around 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. I went to the restaurant and a young gentleman said he can help me check in. At first he couldn't find my booking as I had done it through TRIPS.COM. He eventually found it I went to my room. The room had AC which worked fine. I had a good night sleep. In the morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and asked for vegetarian option. He asked if I would like vegetarian sausage and how many if so. I ordered two and also asked for oat milk which he kindly brought for me. I then went to the counter to get other vegetarian food (mushroom, tomato, baked beans, hash browns) and toast. I had a good breakfast with coffee and orange juice. There was no credit card blocks and check out was just a drop of the card into a box on my exit. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean and functional.

La stanza è molto pulita e la dimensione è buona.L'acqua è molto pulita.Ci sono molti sedili, quindi penso che sia molto conveniente.Compreso il tovagliolo e il ventilatore.Sembra che dovresti chiedere il servizio pulito della stanza in anticipo al banco.Ho dimenticato di chiedere, poi ho solo chiesto di cambiare le tute, ma ha cambiato le tute immediatamente. Credo sia meglio preparare la biancheria, lavare i capelli, guardiani, pacchetti dentali, eccetera in anticipo. E'molto conveniente perché ci sono stazioni di benzina, ristoranti (Kendki, Starbuck caffè, ecc.) e supermercati vicino. La bella camera e il bagno erano molto carini con camminare in doccia e in bagno, sotto il letto illuminato che è venuto in giro per la notte che è utile in luoghi strani. Il balcone era privato con una vista sorprendente.Prendeva cibo da cucciolo e da cucciolo e i cuccioli e i pesci venuti da ogni parte per guardare Deb

Questo hotel è in una bella posizione, conveniente per Rugby e il M1/M6. I terreni e l'edificio sono bellissimi, anche se ci sono segni di negligenza. Siamo rimasti in una suite nelle stalle, era stanco, che sapevo dalle foto online, ma il nostro bagno aveva i capelli nel bagno e si chiudeva nel buco. Il pranzo era mediocre al meglio, molti cibi caldi erano usciti senza nessuno guardare, dovevamo chiedere che fossero portati via gli oggetti. Il personale era 50/50 - alcuni molto piacevole ma alcuni disinteressati, uno dei ricevitori non ci ha nemmeno dato le direzioni per la nostra camera correttamente suite. Se qualche denaro fosse stato speso per migliorare le camere e per costruire i miei edifici avrei avuto il piacere di pagare di più, è vergognoso, il potenziale è enorme!

Questo posto era incredibile, un bel posto tranquillo per catturare il respiro o camminare a Stratford-upon-Avon per godere dell'architettura e vedere la storia. Vorremmo che ci fosse stato più tempo e, certamente, intendiamo tornare e approfondire. Alloggio molto pulito, tempestivo e spazioso. Le camere e l'hotel sono state dotate di un'ottima aria condizionata, con le tute e i bianchi di qualità eccellente. Il servizio è stato eccellente in tutto il mondo e il personale è stato estremamente gentile e utile.
