Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Ci sono molto da fare in zona, da bowling con un arcade, gioco morbido per bambini, e cinema. Una buona selezione di posti per cibo e bevande. La stazione ferroviaria non è troppo lontana e apre molti altri posti. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile. Essi forniscono raccomandazioni e aiutano a dire a ciò che si desidera / bisogno. Il personale di arrivo chiede anche che avresti un piano preferito. Stai qui 3 volte. Sicuramente consiglierei e restare di nuovo se necessario.

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

The hotel is in a great area of the countryside of Warwickshire. When you arrive the bar/food service next door is currently having maintenance issues so it is not currently open. When we arrived, the service was amazing:kind, friendly and approachable. On arrival to our room, the room (21) was a big size. The double bed was huge and double beds were available to our 2 children - even with our luggage scattered around the room, there was still plenty of room for the children to run around and play. My fiancé said the room was quiet warm but I liked the temperature of the room and found it pleasant - not too warm or cold and was very comfortable. The only amenities we would have benefited from as a family, was a fridge because our youngest needs dairy free milk for the night. However, I appreciate this is a luxury within hotels so it wasn't a factor to complain about. The beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning - running from 7am-10am (we arrived at 9am) was a little disappointing. There wasn't much choice and a lot of items we had to wait for between 10-15 mins - and without saying anything to very absent kitchen/buffet staff, it wasn't topped up. I made do with what was left but I didn't end up having any toast (no bread), no bacon and no eggs. Not worth the £12.99 price tag. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews but breakfast area was conservatory-esque and quite cold. As mentioned previously, customer service was great and this was upheld at checkout. No close local amenities, evening restaurant, local shop etc but overall, a lovely stay.

The location and ambiance of this hotel are truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the on-site spa with its indoor swimming pool added a wonderful touch of relaxation to the stay. The only small drawback was that they were unable to provide a toothbrush upon request. Aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations.

I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

Ho vissuto due giorni.Una società di noleggio vicino all'aeroporto di Heathrow può arrivare per più di un'ora.Cinque sterline al giorno.Questo è un buon posto per visitare Kotzwald. Ho visto circa quattro dipendenti 々, ma tutti mi hanno accolto con entusiasmo. La stanza è molto pulita e la dimensione è buona.L'acqua è molto pulita.Ci sono molti sedili, quindi penso che sia molto conveniente.Compreso il tovagliolo e il ventilatore.Sembra che dovresti chiedere il servizio pulito della stanza in anticipo al banco.Ho dimenticato di chiedere, poi ho solo chiesto di cambiare le tute, ma ha cambiato le tute immediatamente. Credo sia meglio preparare la biancheria, lavare i capelli, guardiani, pacchetti dentali, eccetera in anticipo. E'molto conveniente perché ci sono stazioni di benzina, ristoranti (Kendki, Starbuck caffè, ecc.) e supermercati vicino. La bella camera e il bagno erano molto carini con camminare in doccia e in bagno, sotto il letto illuminato che è venuto in giro per la notte che è utile in luoghi strani. Il balcone era privato con una vista sorprendente.Prendeva cibo da cucciolo e da cucciolo e i cuccioli e i pesci venuti da ogni parte per guardare Deb

Questo hotel è in una bella posizione, conveniente per Rugby e il M1/M6. I terreni e l'edificio sono bellissimi, anche se ci sono segni di negligenza. Siamo rimasti in una suite nelle stalle, era stanco, che sapevo dalle foto online, ma il nostro bagno aveva i capelli nel bagno e si chiudeva nel buco. Il pranzo era mediocre al meglio, molti cibi caldi erano usciti senza nessuno guardare, dovevamo chiedere che fossero portati via gli oggetti. Il personale era 50/50 - alcuni molto piacevole ma alcuni disinteressati, uno dei ricevitori non ci ha nemmeno dato le direzioni per la nostra camera correttamente suite. Se qualche denaro fosse stato speso per migliorare le camere e per costruire i miei edifici avrei avuto il piacere di pagare di più, è vergognoso, il potenziale è enorme!
