BBrad mannI stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need.
There were some things I thought were a bit strange however.
The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap.
The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too.
Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine.
Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good.
Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

UUtente ospiteWe booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

JJulieLovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet.
Parking easy with lots of space.
We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive.
Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it.
Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options.
The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient.
Overall a superb stay.

UUtente ospiteBreakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

L'hotel stesso è situato in un luogo incredibile, offrendo un tranquillo ritorno dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza. La nostra camera era bellamente presentatapulita, comoda e ben attrezzata per un soggiorno rilassante. E' chiaro che l'attenzione ai dettagli è stata data priorità.
Uno dei punti di vista è stato il bagno. Le strutture erano eccellenti, e l'atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per la calma. La zona della piscina era senza spot, e i trattamenti erano di prima classe, lasciandoci sentire rinfrescati e rigiovaniti.
Il pranzo all'hotel è stato anche una fantastica esperienza. Il cibo è stato bellamente preparato, pieno di sapore, e servito con un sorriso. Evidentemente la squadra si è molto orgogliosa della qualità del servizio.
In generale, sono lieto di dire che Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa si è rimborsato più che in me stesso. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una camminata rilassante con servizio di top-notch. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

IItsJimHo scelto questo hotel perché è molto vicino al Terminal Nord di Gatwick, a soli 2 minuti a piedi.
Ho fatto il check-in e mi è stata assegnata una stanza, sono entrato e non era stata pulita per niente, asciugamani sul pavimento, letto non rifatto e bottiglie aperte sul tavolo. Sono tornato alla reception e sono stati molto gentili e si sono scusati, mi hanno gentilmente detto che avevano fatto un upgrade della mia stanza e si sono scusati per l'inconveniente. La nuova stanza che mi è stata assegnata assomigliava molto alla stanza per cui avevo pagato, non so cosa fosse l'upgrade, ma almeno questa volta era pulita.
In termini di prezzo, è molto costoso ma ciò che manca all'hotel in termini di pulizia, lo compensa con la posizione. Probabilmente risparmierò i miei soldi la prossima volta e soggiornerò al Premier Inn dall'altra parte della strada.

It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, bed was amazing. Great breakfast and very nice staff. There's also a nice lounge area and bar that is open till late.

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato online, quindi il controllo è stato molto facile.
Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa con un grande letto di grande dimensione re. È stato estremamente comodo!
Ci ha colpito la nuova casa di bagno, con bellissime tovaglie e asciugamani, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie, quali ferro, asciugacapelli e piastrelle extra.
Abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione - che era eccellente e disponibile fino a 10.30 che era grande. Un buon set di cibo caldo includeva salsaggi di qualità e bacon.
Tutti i colazione erano molto utili e veramente gioievoli, come anche il personale della ricezione, il personale del bar e i server di cibo alla sera.
Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

LLauren JingWonderful place! We really loved our time here, even though it was only for a day! If we didn't have a flight to catch, we would have extended our stay. The house is in an excellent location, beautiful area, easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Very close to the airport, which made taking our flight the next day an easy and stress free process. The Lawn has an interesting history, and they provide a lovely folder in the room which explains it all, while also including any information your might need for your stay. The room itself is cosy, clean, and full of charming touches. Breakfast the next day was also a treat. Quasim and his wife are so friendly and made sure our stay was as nice as possible.
