Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Hertfordshire

Brilliant hotel for business trips, with clean rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and great showers. The staff are super polite and welcoming. The hotel carpark is small with space for around 20 cars but there is use of the municiple car park next to it. It is within a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets, restuarants and takeaways. Overall a great stay.

L'appartamento è stato bello e confortevole. La posizione era buona e conveniente. Ci sono stati supermercati, caffè e centro di casa vicino. Witihin 15 minuti a piedi può raggiungere il centro della città, la cattedrale e molti punti di vista e ristoranti. Il personale ha risposto molto rapidamente.

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta.

For an overnight stop the hotel suited us just fine and the price suited our budget just fine. Taking the above 'measures' one at a time: Location: this really depends on the purpose of a travellers trip. For us it was ideal, just ia mere 10km south of where we need to be by 09.00 the next morning. Having said that, a description that it is located in a Motorway service area, at the most remote position would have helped. Our arrival was considerably hampered by direction from the A1M, some construction works, poor lighting and road markings around the parking area. It is worth noting that a car parking fee applies. Cleanliness: No complaints on this score. The bathroom arrangements are showing their age, but everything worked just fine. Servie: Check-in was straightforward with a very pleasant receptionist doing his best to make our arrival flawless. Facilities: The lack of hotel parking caught ne off-guard. You need to park in the public parking area of the Service Area. See also my comment on the bathrooms above.

Tutto era bello, ma il personale non era molto amichevole e non ci è stato informato del deposito di 200 sterline che dovevamo mettere in cassa o che saremmo stati chiusi fuori dalla nostra stanza alle 11:00 Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto, ma sarebbe stato bello avere un po'di più informazioni e servizio clienti

Il prezzo è davvero molto basso, vicino all'aeroporto, personale cordiale, ma ho lasciato un pigiama in bagno il giorno della partenza, ho chiamato l'hotel più volte, ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono, quindi ho inviato immediatamente un'e-mail all'hotel chiedendo di tenere il pigiama per conto dell'hotel dopo una settimana. Una settimana dopo il viaggio è terminato e sono tornato nel Regno Unito. Ho scritto una lettera e poi ho chiamato l'hotel e mi hanno detto di non aver trovato il pigiama rimanente. Il servizio è relativamente scadente da questo punto di vista.

Stavamo facendo un viaggio in auto a Londra e dovevamo prendere un volo la mattina presto del giorno dopo. Questo Ramada è il mio hotel personale altamente raccomandato per chiunque si trovi nella nostra stessa situazione. Il check-in è stato davvero semplice, con un self check-in direttamente alla reception. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera è pulita e ho potuto prendere tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. L'unico punto insoddisfacente è stato lo strano odore, che non so da dove provenisse.

I really loved the garden at this hotel. It was beautiful, peaceful, and felt very natural and relaxing. The room was okay, although there was a slight musty smell, and there was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel is very close to the Harry Potter Studio, and it is within walking distance from the hotel, which was very convenient. The reception staff and restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. However, the late-night bar staff did not seem very welcoming, even though the bar still had another 30 minutes before closing. They also did not inform us from the beginning that cocktails and coffee were no longer available to order, which would have saved me time looking through those sections of the menu. In the end, I decided not to order anything. Overall, I liked the hotel much more than I disliked it, and I had a pleasant stay.

Questo hotel è molto convenientemente situato per l'accesso al M1 e da esso (per questo l'ho scelto). L'unico motivo per cui non gli ho dato 5 stelle per la posizione è perché se ti piace fare una passeggiata nel villaggio vicino, forse per un bar e una bevanda, allora il sentiero non esiste nei luoghi e devi essere attento nel buio. Ma non è colpa dell'hotel e dato che l'hotel è chiaramente creato per i clienti di viaggio, immagino che la maggior parte delle persone si rivolgesse solo per qualche minuto ai pub locali (che erano più vivaci del bar dell'hotel). Oltre a ciò, tutto il resto era buono. Il personale era utile e gentile, e il colazione era delizioso e riempito. E la stanza era buona anche. In generale, questo hotel ha funzionato bene per me in questa occasione e sono felice di raccomandarlo
