On arrival we were greeted with a warm smile .booking in was very simple paid for our pet on arrival . Room was clean and tidy . Plenty of green space on site to walk the dogs .Overall and pleasant stay

Custodia confortevole. Camera grande con 2 letti di buona dimensione. 2 sedie facili. Televisione. Pieno spazio di magazzinaggio. Drag. Cassaforte. Tavolo di ferro. Ferro. Asciugacapelli. Piatto molto tranquillo. Nessuna porta bassa. Grande selezione al colazione. Molti cereali. Frutta. Yogurt. Succhi di frutta. Selezione continentale e selezione inglese frittata. pane per tosta o pane fresco. Sarebbe sicuramente di nuovo.

It is dated and the A1 is noisy but that's what you'd expect to choose a hotel next to it. Our trip was fine. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was basic and plenty of it.

Era un hotel molto carino e il personale era molto disponibile e la sistemazione era pulita e ordinata e le camere erano moderne e pulite. Hotel molto carino, tutto sommato anche il ristorante era carino.

I will definitely stay again. The staff and owners were so friendly and polite. I am afraid there is no cooked breakfast there but the fruit salad is epic 😋. Muffins and croissants are lovely too. We went to Warner Bros Harry potter studios. It is a short walk to the station and we had 1 stop to Watford junction. And boom! they have a complementary bus to the studios. Easy Now the hotel don't do dining so it is best to eat out then go back. Very nicely decorated Room and very comfortable bed. I feel, gor me it was great value for money. And I like to support the small businesses. That way I think you get more of a personal service. I would recommend but you have to be organised for refreshments and snacks.

I booked a room with breakfast included, but when I arrived, I found out it was a room without breakfast. I had to pay extra for breakfast🥲　I highly recommend booking this hotel without breakfast and paying on site. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious!!

Didn't realise pool for kids is from 3pm weekdays. Got charged again after prepaid my room. Other than that it's a comfortable stay with spacious room and bed. Free parking. Perfect temperature of the whirlpool and swimming pool.

Il prezzo è davvero molto basso, vicino all'aeroporto, personale cordiale, ma ho lasciato un pigiama in bagno il giorno della partenza, ho chiamato l'hotel più volte, ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono, quindi ho inviato immediatamente un'e-mail all'hotel chiedendo di tenere il pigiama per conto dell'hotel dopo una settimana. Una settimana dopo il viaggio è terminato e sono tornato nel Regno Unito. Ho scritto una lettera e poi ho chiamato l'hotel e mi hanno detto di non aver trovato il pigiama rimanente. Il servizio è relativamente scadente da questo punto di vista.

Bella camera pulita con un letto confortevole. È molto amichevole ospitare e il colazione è stato il miglior trattore.

Pros, good breakfast, good gym, plenty of parking. Cons. Someone had puked in the sink and blocked it which I found out when entering the room, this was resolved, but not cleaned particularly well or disinfected and not offered another room. Rooms are a little old and dated, doors are paper thin, can hear a pin drop in the corridor. Don’t get the room next to the ‘managers office’ , you can hear them all the time clearly
