My husband had a broken bone in his leg we where booked a room on the first floor. When he saw us he arranged for our room swap, offered us tea and coffee whilst we waited for this to be arranged. All staff were very professional and courteous offering to take our bags to the room. We will plan another trip as we were unable to use the facilities.

L'hotel ha un'atmosfera bella, la nostra camera è stata eccellente e ha un divano bellissimo, solo a pochi passi in Chester e tutte le strutture e il colazione dell'hotel è stato di prima classe.

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

had an excellent stay . Everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, very well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable feel. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key areas, making it easy to get around Manchester. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, responsive, and always willing to help.

Generalmente ok , ma per un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo che fosse più pulito Forma, dipinto a fiocchi dal tetto, tavole di sfogliamento polverosi per nominare alcuni. Il braccio di letto di divano aveva una lacrima in esso. Questo può sembrare molto negativo, ma sono solo onesto.

Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

Non è il miglior soggiorno qui. La TV non è stata condizionata. L'ultima visita non ha un telecomando remoto. Il controllo della temperatura del doccia non funzionava bene. Ma la posizione è ancora buona e il bagno è buono

Valore per denaro. Letto confortevole.Nessun reclamo per un breve soggiorno.Molti ristoranti vicino.

Put into a disabled room ,  Television not working properly dropping signal every 5 minutes , they did say they would come back but was getting late and we was getting settled  Shower , drain making a horrendous noise AC not working properly wouldn’t drop below 16 took a long time for the room to drop temperature
