Il personale era piuttosto basso, con le direzioni per trovare la mia stanza, è un posto molto grande e non molto ben sigillato. La stanza aveva tutto ciò che aveva bisogno e era pulita. La piscina, il jacuzzi, la sauna e la stanza a vapore sono tutti inclusi nel vostro soggiorno, solo un po' di passeggiata verso un altro edificio.

OMG the place was just amazing! We definitely will come back again! Although the hotel was located quite far from city Center, i.e., an hour from Oxford University, half an hour from Bicester, but 15 mins drive from Waitrose, which was good enough for us (chill but enjoy the world class racing cars around). The facilities were new. The staff was friendly ( strongly felt it in the breakfast session), there was own car park just next to the apartment too. Free 15 mins electricity charging outside the reception. Free access to gym and swimming pool… everything just fabulous!

A Wonderful Stay in Milton Keynes!
Our recent trip to Milton Keynes was absolutely wonderful! The city truly surprised us with its vibrant energy and excellent amenities.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the hotel's location. We were thrilled to be right in the heart of the action, with an abundance of restaurants and bars only a short walk away. This made evenings out effortless and enjoyable, offering so many great dining choices—from casual eats to more refined spots.
On the other end of the spectrum, we loved having such easy access to a great big park (likely Campbell Park or Willen Lake!). It provided the perfect escape for morning strolls and was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the green spaces the city is famous for. It’s clear that Milton Keynes offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. Highly recommend this destination!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

La stanza era buona, un po' più piccola di quanto si poteva aspettare per il costo, ma aveva tutto quello che ci serviva.
L'hotel era occupato con un matrimonio ma solo una persona sul desk front, quindi ci sono voluti 25 minuti per accedere al check-in.

Mio marito voleva darmi una sorpresa e l'hotel l'ha organizzato per lui e ha ricevuto i miei fiori e l'ha messo nella stanza in anticipo.
Le strutture erano grandi. La palestra ha abitudini di tutto e piscina e sauna da usare anche

Il mio soggiorno al Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone è stato fantastico. Il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e attento, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare una comoda esperienza. Un membro del personale ha assicurato che le mie esigenze alimentari fossero soddisfatte al ristorante, che apprezzo molto, e che la stanza era un piacere, offrendo uno spazio confortevole con una splendida vista sul circolo iconico di Silverstone. La posizione è perfetta, soprattutto per gli entusiasti del moto, e il parcheggio è stato un brindisi.

UUtente ospiteVery friendly staff. Parking a bit expensive at £15 for 1 day overnight but the location is excellent. Everything is within 10 minutes walk. The hotel was super quiet and we had a very comfy stay. Shout out to Sasha at the check in desk who was lovely.

UUtente ospiteIl 19 febbraio sono rimasto a Holiday Inn High Wycombe, e purtroppo la mia esperienza ha iniziato con una nota deludente. Dopo l'arrivo, sono stato benvenuto e accolto con cortesia dal ricevitore, che mi ha assegnato una stanza di pavimento. Quando entrai nella stanza, mi sentivo immediatamente un forte odore di fumo, che mi faceva sentire incomodo e indesiderato di rimanere lì.
Ho contattato la ricezione, e, a loro credito, il membro del personale è venuto a controllare la stanza, e lei ha riconosciuto, si è sentito sinceramente scusata e ha ammesso che avrebbe dovuto essere risolto con il custode. Il hotel mi ha detto che era stato prenotato completamente e non erano disponibili camere alternative. Mi è stato offerto un 30% di sconto per rimanere nella stanza, ma mi sono rifiutato perché non mi sentivo comodo.
Il ricevitore ha poi organizzato una soluzione alternativa, trasferendomi a Hampton da Hilton High Wycombe, tra cui organizzare un trasferimento di taxi. Anche se c’era qualche confusione sulla disponibilità della stanza a Hilton, lei si manteneva utile e mi offriva anche un drink complimentare mentre aspettavo.
Una volta arrivato a Hilton, la differenza era chiara, la stanza era pulita, fresca e di un livello molto più elevato, che rendeva molto più confortevole per un soggiorno.
In generale, pur apprezzando il professionalismo e gli sforzi del personale del Holiday Inn per risolvere la questione, la condizione iniziale della stanza è scesa ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

UUtente ospiteFrom the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room.
Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries.
I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all.
Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

UUtente ospiteLovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel looks beautiful from outside with a lovely ground and impressive entrance, but however, I found the room & common area not so impressive  they need to give it a face lift to deserve the room rate. Especially with a high bathtub it’s quite dangerous as it’s slippery when you step into it to have a shower, even with the rubber mat on it , luckily I brought along my rubber slipper, which I can use to have a shower to prevent from slipping . Our room included breakfast, buffet table selection of food were poor, and the quality of food was not great even with basic smoke salmon it looks stale & the cooked breakfast was ok not impressive. The front desk reception staff were not helpful with problem . But the manager at the front desk was very helpful when we checked out , after hearing our comments about the problem he took note said he’ll look into the problem & told us to contact him when decide to stay with them next time. I do appreciate his helpfulness & trying to make the best of the situation, Cliveden Hotel should treasure him as the hotel manager.

CCM LaiLa stanza è molto pulita e pulita. Ci sono una palestra e una piccola piscina, che non si trova molto spesso negli hotel nel Regno Unito. Il ristorante serve un ottimo colazione. Puoi scegliere latte di soia o latte di avena per il caffè o il tè se non vuoi latte. Se ti piacciono i succhi di frutta, hai qualche diverso da scegliere. Mi piacciono soprattutto il loro succo di banana mango e il succo di arancione fresco sgusciato.

Questo hotel è assolutamente incredibile e il personale è semplicemente fuori dal mondo! Ci sono stato molte volte e continuerò a tornarci! Il direttore è un vero uomo di diamanti e ha tutto il mio rispetto per quanto è meraviglioso e accomodante. Niente è mai troppo da chiedere! Non potrei raccomandare questo posto di più. L'ultima volta che ci sono stato sono riuscito ad avere una splendida vista della luna dal balcone
