Il soggiorno al Tokatoka è stato buono ma può essere migliore. Ha punti positivi in quanto è più vicino all'aeroporto. Tutto il personale era gentile e sempre sorridente e ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto.
Gli aspetti negativi direi che la stanza in cui ho effettuato il check-in aveva alcune cose che non andavano. La TV non funzionava correttamente. L'aria condizionata perdeva acqua all'interno e soprattutto il telefono fornito non funzionava affatto, quindi potevo persino chiamare la reception se avessi avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi sono dovuto andare alla reception alcune volte quando avevo bisogno di qualcosa.

Radisson is our goto hotel everything I am in denarau. However this year I wanted to explore a bit of other hotels in denarau and booked Hilton however the hotel was rundown and dirty so we checked out on the same day as checkin and came fo stay at Radisson as we knew it’ll have the cleanliness and services we needed for our family especially for our child of 2 years. The hotel is amazing and so are the staff. Thank you Radisson for your service and we will continue being there anytime we are in Fiji

The resort is very conveniently located, just close to everything. Inside the resort precinct there’s a dive shop which is great for divers. The resort staff are very hospitable with great services. Plenty of free activities provided everyday including fire walk, kava ceremony and fish feeding etc. Tours can be booked through the tour booking desk at reception. Highly recommended for travellers looking for diving and other outdoor activities.

Everything was so perfect! The only bad side is the beach each-self, not a blue water paradise beach but it is clean and the hotel offer lots of activities (stand up paddle, sailing, kayaking..). The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful like everyone we met in Fiji! The kids club was very good too, the tiny warriors experience is so cute and fun, a must do if you have kids. We were also able to leave our daughter at the kids club and enjoy some massage at the spa and relax at the swimming pool, amazing if have toddlers!

We recently stayed at the ”Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.

We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it.
My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting!
Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺

Loved our stay at the Hilton, service staff super friendly, food and cocktails were delicious and the pools did t disappoint. Nice Long sandy Beach to walk along each day (1.5km), 3 restaurants and some small shops for snacks. Great for families with kids, loads of daily activities and perfect for adults getting a break from the kids. Definitely coming back!!!

DDr. Justin HattThe staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food.
The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating.
The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.
When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available.

Le camere sono datate e necessitano di manutenzione, erano mezze vuote, quindi è il momento perfetto per sistemare una stanza alla volta. Il letto è stato girato da un lato al centro della stanza. Bella vista, ma ora non ci sono più PowerPoint per caricare i telefoni ecc. L'interruttore della luce ti costringe ad alzarti dal letto per spegnerla dalla porta d'ingresso. La configurazione è fuori controllo. Devono essere sistemati al più presto. Niente portarotolo. Solo dei fori per viti dove era originariamente. Dopo essermi lamentato, ne hanno montato uno. Il soffione della doccia ha dovuto essere spostato per bagnarsi. Ci sono branchi di cani che frequentano il retro del resort. La mia prima notte sono arrivato a mezzanotte. I cani hanno guaito e abbaiato fino alle 2 del mattino, da quello che so, perché finalmente mi sono addormentato. Gliel'ho detto. Sembrava che alcuni dipendenti li avessero cacciati via per qualche notte. Ma ci sono state altre due notti in cui l'abbaiare è ricominciato. Quindi 3 notti su 6. La colazione era buona. Ma niente pancetta 3 giorni su 6. Non acceso. Il tasso di cambio era pessimo. 1 a 1,30 dollari delle Fiji. In realtà sono andato al resort più avanti sulla strada 1 a 1,42, il taxi per l'hotel era 30 dollari delle Fiji più caro del resto. Per esempio, sono andato al Ghecko Resort per cena. Ho prenotato un taxi andata e ritorno per le Fiji a 60 dollari. L'hotel ne voleva 100. Ho bisogno di un profitto ma non sono molto accomodanti con gli ospiti. Ho prenotato fuori da tutti i trasporti. La cena era buona e varia. Ma sono uscito poche volte. Cucina migliore all'aperto. Niente Wi-Fi nelle camere o nel resort a meno che non si vada alla reception. Un grande dramma. Ho sentito molte persone dire che è ridicolo e hanno fatto il check-out prima. Una coppia ha prenotato. Sono andato nella loro stanza. Ho chiesto alla reception dov'è il Wi-Fi. Mi hanno detto che è disponibile solo qui alla reception. Hanno detto di fare il check-out ora. Andiamo altrove. Potrebbe essere un bel resort. Il personale è tutto lì. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

AAnneTRFiji Marriott è un bellissimo luogo per le famiglie giovani. Le loro attività sono progettate per mantenere le persone divertite tutto il giorno. Il ballo del fuoco è stato fantastico. L'unico svantaggio è che è lontano dal centro culturale di Nadî e le visite in loco sono costose. E' lontano da altri hotel e ristoranti, quindi i ristoranti sul sito sono le uniche opzioni per i pasti che possono essere molto costosi per grandi gruppi di famiglia. Molto piacevole per un breve soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteUna strana esperienza qui devo dire.. Sono arrivato alla camera da letto 28 (anche se trip.com ha detto che era 10 letto) e non c'era alcun segno di nessuna altra vita nel dormitorio. La maggior parte dei letti sembrava essere fatta mesi fa e nessuno aveva dormito in loro da quando erano coperti di polvere e di polvere. Sono tornato al ricevimento per chiedere cosa sta succedendo e hanno detto che sono l'unico che ha fatto la prenotazione, quindi l'ho accettato come era. Ma più tardi, quando ero seduta al bar, un membro del personale mi avvicinò e mi disse che ero stato migliorato (perché ieri i dormitori non erano puliti a causa di un grande gruppo di visitatori) così ho finito di passare due notti in un lussuoso burro, La prima notte condivideva con qualcun altro che era stato prenotato per le dorme. La gabbia era bella e senza spot e sono molto grato per l'aggiornamento. La doccia esterna era anche molto bello!
Il colazione è stato eccellente con molti da scegliere! Uova, salsicce, feci, pane, torte, yogurt, frutta, cereali multipli, tè, caffè e succo, una mattina ci sono stati pancake.
The only downsides to this resort is they don't have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt hurried in my opinion and the trip wasn't Non c'era tempo per fermarci e osservare nulla, sembrava che i ragazzi della barca volessero solo farlo passare e fare il più velocemente possibile.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though.
Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available.
There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops.
The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling!
My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.
