Germania: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Brema

Molto conveniente posizione direttamente al di là della stazione principale di Bremen. Camera pulita e bagno. Colazione abbastanza buona. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Può raccomandare per soggiorni di 1-2 notti.

The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

(Molto freddo non ha fatto il calore correttamente quando si è rotto). Il nostro ufficio è stato un ufficio di grande interesse per la casa. The location is excellent, right next to the train and tram station, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the pillow and the TV. The pillow was very, very soft and provided almost no neck support, so unfortunately I didn’t sleep very well. Also, the TV turned itself on during the night and kept turning back on after I switched it off. It also changed channels on its own, which was quite scary when it happened at night! I eventually had to unplug it to make it stop. Other than these issues, I was very happy with my stay and would consider staying here again.

I’m staying at this hotel when visiting my mom who lives nearby, so for me the location is perfect. Breakfast selection and staff are great. Staff attitude and attention of housekeeping and front desk are below average. This time bathroom mirror lights in my room were not checked before arrival and didn’t work. I was offered to move to another room but decided to stay as I was traveling without my wife. During my 4 day stay the light wasn’t repaired even though front desk was reminded. When leaving I reminded them again without a word of regret or thanks.

It is beside the road, so it’s quite noisy. However, it’s close to the bus station and city center with a walking distance. In my room, there was a woman shouting on the phone at 5am in the morning that I can’t sleep well. The USB charger doesn’t work at my bed as well.

Tuttavia, si prega di notare che la reception dell'hotel apre come open bar dopo le 17:30 per servire gli ospiti esterni.
