Colombia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Dipartimento di Bolívar

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

The hotel has a magnificent view and modern rooms. That's probably all. Service is 3 stars maybe- check-in takes an incredible amount of time. At first, they’d put something into the computer for about 10 minutes, then they told us to come back for the key after 3pm(check-in time). When we got back, we had to stand for another 5 minutes, they were doing something and printing again. This is not counting the amount of time spent in the queue. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but does not provide a bathrobe/slippers. And the shaving kit in the room turned out to be for extra pay, which we found out during check out. By the way, we were able to find slippers. Apparently at the local spa. They don't give out towels for the beach - only for the pool. They tried to come to us with cleaning at 7 a.m. or 9 p.m., the aspiration itself is commendable, but the time is surprising . Breakfast is not bad at all. There is no beach of its own, only a public one. The food in the poolside restaurant is not bad, but the service needs to be improved. We forgot to pack food with us and they didn't even apologise and didn't offer any compliment. The rest was just as expected

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la piscina è pulita e igienica. La piscina è davvero bella per fare foto durante la notte. Perche'i bambini amano nuotare, ha scelto questo hotel. La piscina è molto pulita. Vale la pena raccomandare, tranne per il colazione.

Il cibo può anche essere lontano dall'hotel. Se c'è acqua calda per la nuoto, è meglio fornire. L'elevatore dell'hotel e così via sono un po' lunghi. Tutti i servizi devono essere pagati per mangiare all'hotel. Se non si prende, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

قمت بحجز غرفه لمدة عشر ايام بخيار عدم الغاء وعند اكمال نصف المدة حاولت الغاء الحجز ول يكن هناك تجاوب من ادارة الفندق وهو من ابسط حقوقهم كنت اتمنى لو كان هناك بعض المرونة في التعامل الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

In generale solido, ma un po' di ossidi puri. Non ci sono scarpe, vestiti o acqua nella stanza. Sembrava solo due telecamere e un frigorifero vuoto. Anche le strutture della camera da bagno. La posizione è conveniente per l'aeroporto e di ottenere posti, ma non molto intorno all'hotel stesso. La colazione era buona, ma la scena era eccitante, le cose continuavano a correre, la linea omeletta era lenta, e le tavole erano in gran parte inchiodate e senza cutter. Questo può far sembrare cattivo, ma è stato decente soddisfacente

L'hotel è bello e le camere sono enormi con balcone di vista sul mare! Questo hotel non ha una spiaggia privata in modo che nessuno può nuotare in spiaggia frontale dell'hotel. Quando si vuole andare alla spiaggia frontale e ottenere posti e ombrella si deve pagare COL PESO 30.000! Alla spiaggia di fronte ci sono molti venditori di cibo venditori di bevande che ogni 5 minuti qualcuno si sconvolgerà che era l'unico - problema! Il riposo è grande e soprattutto le piscine erano sorprendenti! Il colazione è buono! Bene per la famiglia e il gruppo di amici!

Hotel e personale eccellente. Nuovo marchio con un'incredibile arte lavoro e decorazione. La vista e l'atmosfera sono semplicemente bellissime. L'unico problema che so è quello di affrontare è l'ultima 1/2 guida all'hotel è letteralmente attraverso una strada brutta e non pavimentata che può farti male la macchina se soffri di malattia del movimento. Oltre a quello che ho detto, è stato affrontato un visitatore deve rilassarsi e essere uno con la natura se siete a Cartagena

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, close to the port and only a short taxi ride from the historic centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area had a lovely view. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants within immediate walking distance, so transportation is needed for dinner and sightseeing.
