Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. Il personale tirocinante Sun Mountain Tiger è stato estremamente disponibile e paziente nel rispondere alle domande e nell'aiutare a configurare le app QR code della metropolitana.
La palestra interna è ben attrezzata e dispone di sauna e bagno turco.
L'hotel si trova nel centro commerciale di Hankou, leggermente distante dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. La zona turistica più vicina è la passeggiata pedonale di Jianghan, a tre stazioni della metropolitana. Da lì si può prendere un autobus gratuito per raggiungere Wuchang, dove si trova la Torre della Gru Gialla.

Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking.
- Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

BBecca-Mary-JaneChe favoloso hotel boutique eccentrico in una posizione fantastica per esplorare l'area culturale di Hankou Bund, il posto perfetto per una passeggiata lungo il parco fluviale, il bund, le stradine secondarie e lo shopping sul fiume principale. La nostra camera si affacciava sul fiume Yangtze, quindi abbiamo avuto uno spettacolo di luci incredibile lungo la riva del fiume ogni sera fino alle 22:00. La camera era pulita e il letto grande e comodo, e siamo stati contenti della vasca da bagno (insieme alla doccia separata). Il personale era fantastico e nonostante la nostra mancanza di cinese sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno sempre trovato qualcuno che parlasse inglese se necessario. La colazione era sana e varia, con di tutto, dai dolci al Re Gan Mian. L'hotel aveva un sacco di servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito, dalla lavanderia completamente attrezzata (fantastica dato che avevamo viaggiato un po'), alla palestra e a un favoloso bar sul tetto con terrazza. Tutto sommato un'esperienza fantastica e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
