L'hotel è molto nuovo, l'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono, la signorina sorella guiderà alla scala.La stanza è molto spaziosa, non ha un odore distintivo, il frigorifero prepara l'acqua minerale e altre bevande gratis; prepara anche la carta elettrica da solo, non preoccuparsi che le persone non si rompono il condizionamento della stanza; La piastra di funzionamento della piscina di zuppa nel cortile è anche molto semplice, adattando la temperatura dell'acqua in base alle esigenze; il servizio di soggiorno con il bagno gratis (due pezzi di yogurt, mel e pepe di pecora); la TV in camera può anche collegare il commutatore è molto felice; L'esperienza è dettagliata ovunque, mi sento bene ♨️
Il tempo di viaggio è molto breve, quindi non ho mai avuto modo di sperimentare la piscina pubblica e il centro di intrattenimento caldo all'aperto. I’ve stayed here multiple times on separate visits to Wuhan. It’s a good location near the university and good streets catering towards students. It’s also a quick taxi ride to many of Wuhan’s good malls. Only complaint is that some rooms are naturally cleaner than others (more carpet = less clean, as is the case for all of China)

Non c'è bisogno di pianificare il traffico e di essere facilmente e confortevole. Intorno a Grand Cheng Road, Wu Road Street, è molto conveniente mangiare e giocare a poker per il fine settimana.L'hotel ha parcheggio gratuito, lavanderia, tutte le strutture, la stanza è semplice e il controllo clienti intelligenti, letti a pressione zero sono profumati e buon effetto di isolamento sonoro. Molto buon hotel, tranne che con l'interruttore di TV a finestra senza controllo vocale, altre strutture sono molto complete. La pulizia è pulita e l'ambiente è bello, che alcune strade sono incoerenti con l'hotel. L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, soprattutto vale la pena ricordare che la colazione è particolarmente ricco, ci sono cibo cinese e cibo occidentale, il ristorante cinese dell'hotel ha un sapore autentico di ”vecchia strada”, ha piccoli piatti adatto per il cibo dei popoli e un rapporto di prezzo molto alto.Il parcheggio sotterraneo è anche conveniente.L'esperienza di soggiorno è buona.

It has the most amazing location; it is very close to the subway and a large mall for your needs. The service is great they were welcoming and nice and very helpful.
Overall, the room were clean and neat, the surrounding is quiet for resting. Their breakfast was good, it has Wuhan traditional noodles.

KKaz T.Had a lovely stay at Yicheng. From entry the front desk team welcomed us warmly and provided hot coffee/team as we were checking in. Room was great and the beds were comfortable. We booked a family room and the room was spacious enough even we had 6 luggages as we are travelling for a month. Breakfast was also good with fair choices and we had a lovely lady looking after us for the few days we stayed. The hotel was fairly close to the shopping centres but still a 10 to 15 minute walk but overall we had a great stay.

UUtente ospiteThe Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

Just noted a few things: The AC on the room was not working well, it was too warm we had to transfer to a new room. Then the new room we transferred to was smaller. AC was ok. The problem though was the sheets have old and musty smell and the tub drain was broken. Quite an experience for a Continental Club/VIP suite. Oh by the way, no bidet 😆

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.

The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking.
- Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess.

- Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

Ho avuto un soggiorno assolutamente inoltrabile al Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel.Questo posto è un capolavoro di ospitalità moderna. Se stai cercando lusso senza rompere la banca, non guardare più.
Inizieremo con la vista: dalla mia stanza ho avuto un panorama impressionante del fiume Yangtze, con un sedile di fila anteriore alla linea di cielo di stile cyberpunk di Wuhan. I ponti brillanti, tra cui il ponte Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge e Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, illuminano la notte come qualcosa da un film sci-fi. Per toccarlo, si può anche vedere la storico Torre di Crane Giallo, mescolando l’antico con l’ultramoderno in modo che’’ visivamente stupenda e emotivamente muovendo.
Il design interno dell'hotel è incredibilmente elegante e lussuoso. È un'idea di cinque stelle, illuminazione moderna, pavimento in legno senza spot, mobili eleganti, e una bagno come il bagno che si sente direttamente fuori da una rivista di design di alta qualità. E' il tipo di posto che ti fa fermare e dire: ”Wow”, il momento in cui entra.
Ho soggiornato al Hilton, situato solo a pochi passi, e mentre è buono, Beike Hotel lo butta fuori dall'acqua in termini di valore, design e esperienza complessiva.
Il personale, in particolare la calda e professionale signora Liu, è stato incredibilmente utile, attento e il servizio gentile è stato impeccabile.
Se sei un viaggiatore che apprezza esperienze uniche, il lusso su un bilancio e una fusione di stile futuristico con ricco patrimonio culturale, questo è l'hotel a prenotare a Wuhan. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza.
Tornerò certamente, e quando lo farò, non penserò nemmeno a rimanere altrove.
