La stanza era pulita, ben organizzata e nuova.
Il colazione era eccellente, delizioso e variabile.
Il personale era estremamente utile. Era un giorno neve, e mi offrono acqua calda all’arrivo e si rivoltono al riscaldamento prima di entrare nella stanza. Il secondo giorno, mi aiutarono gentilmente a organizzare un taxi.
A proposito, viaggio molto e mi fermo in un altro hotel quasi ogni giorno, ma mi sentivo davvero necessario ringraziare questo meraviglioso personale.
Gli hotel Mercure saranno sempre la mia prima scelta.

Nnat23617Il proprietario del soggiorno di casa era molto gentile e ci ha condotto alla stazione di autobus, ci ha aiutato a comprare biglietti su WeChat/in-person, ha spiegato possibili rotte di cammino, e ci ha fornito una mappa conveniente con interessanti visibilità. La strada che aveva raccomandato era molto carina e scenica. La stanza era comoda, ed era molto rilassante guardare un film con il proiettore dopo la passeggiata. Puoi anche comprare cibo qui, che è conveniente e delizioso. Raccomando vivamente questo soggiorno a casa per il molto gentile, esperto e considerando il consiglio del proprietario che ha reso la nostra visita comoda e semplice.

LLaraleyliGrande hotel! Il più bello, il più grande hotel della zona. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con vista balcone sulle montagne, così calma e rilassante. Se vuoi riposare dalla resistenza e dalla bustina della città, ecco il posto perfetto per te. Il bagno è molto pulito e igienico, e i letti sono anche molto confortevoli e fluffy.
Il proprietario è molto ospite, accogliente e amichevole, è molto familiare con la zona, quindi ci ha consigliato molti posti diversi e buoni ristoranti. Ci ha aiutato durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. È vero che l'hotel è un po' lontano dalla città più vicina, ma vale davvero la pena perché alla fine non è lontano (15 min per auto) dall'ingresso più vicina Huangshan. Noi sicuramente andremmo di nuovo là!!
Superb hotel!Questo è il più bello e il miglior hotel della zona.Viviamo una sala di scena montana con balcone, la scena è tranquilla e guarita.Se vuoi allontanarsi dalla città, questa è assolutamente la scelta ideale.La camera da letto è molto pulita e igienica, e il letto è anche super comodo e morbido.
Il capo è molto conosciuto e amichevole e amichevole. Ci ha consigliato molti buoni posti di lavoro e ristoranti.Ha fornito un sacco di aiuto durante l'intera casa. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever.
Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure.
Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings.
This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

SShangxiaorongIl servizio è stato eccellente; dal personale addetto all'accoglienza a quello della reception, tutti si sono sentiti come a casa. Anche la colazione era abbondante. Quando ci sono andato, non c'era molta gente e il personale della reception mi ha aiutato a ottenere un upgrade, ma si trattava di una camera esposta a nord. Il principale svantaggio era che le camere esposte a nord avevano un forte odore di muffa.
La camera era molto pulita e ci hanno persino fornito un pigiama e un diffusore di aromi particolare. La posizione è davvero ottima. Il personale ha accennato a dei lavori di ristrutturazione previsti per il prossimo settembre. L'hotel offre un servizio di massaggi ai piedi, ma il cartello non era molto visibile; l'ho notato solo in camera, dopo aver terminato il massaggio all'esterno.

I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands.
I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of.
During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service.
But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing.
This was not a tourist activity.
It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries.
My conclusion:
This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

AAhadGermanRoom was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.
