前台陳小姐，熱情周到，但是這個酒店做為淮南比較好的酒店，確實有點問題，比如洗澡時，開門就把地墊錯位了，門和地面之間都沒有預留地墊的位置。我開了兩間房，其中一個是家庭房，補了差價，攜程上沒有家庭房，兩個房間都半夜都凍醒了，空調都不管用。早餐還可以。送了贈飲！

衞生：房間非常乾淨，一點裝修氣味都沒有，大堂香味很好聞！
設施：新開業酒店，房間很寬敞，各項設備都是大牌子，很好很乾凈，特別是床上用品都嶄新的，對比其他酒店用了很久的床品，不知強多少！
服務：員工很熱情，一進門就感覺到了蒙城人民的友好和熱情，特別是當天客房的阿姨，主動幫忙收外賣和垃圾，早餐也很不錯，點個贊！
環境：周邊是商場，購物街區，到哪裡都很方便，當地朋友都覺得住這裏最有面子，希望保持，下次還來！

Il personale è estremamente amichevole e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema che incontri. Specialmente il manager Thomas Gao è assolutamente sorprendente, ho avuto un po' di malcomunicazione ma Thomas è stato lì per risolvere la situazione in un secondo. Io consiglierei molto a chiunque prenotare questo hotel, i prezzi sono molto affidabili e si ottiene il miglior servizio

Durante il mio pellegrinaggio, ho prenotato un B&B su Ctrip con il sospetto delle varie promozioni sul Monte Jiuhua. Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Liu Qingyun, miglior attore di Qingyang, alla reception dell'hotel.
Un giovane sulla trentina, single e in attesa di sposarsi, con grandi ambizioni.
Un aspirante giovane che insiste nell'esercizio e cammina ogni giorno al Palazzo del Centenario.
Un giovane erudito che non solo ha familiarità con la spiegazione della memorizzazione dei manoscritti, ma può anche parlare dei costumi e dei costumi locali.
La locanda è comoda e igienica e la casa è calda ed elegante. 民宿條件很好，規格很高，住的很舒服。配套設施齊全，有游泳池，燒烤，棋牌室，電動車交流充電樁，院子裏就能看見天柱山風景，特別好。民宿本身也很漂亮，拍照很出片。老闆和老闆娘人特別好，提前打電話，老闆可以安排車去潛山高鐵站接送。如果是到景區，老闆也會安排免費的車接送，或者直接來接。民宿可以吃飯，老闆娘自己做的，手藝很好，我點了筍乾炒肉和魚頭豆腐湯，很好吃，老闆娘早早就燉上了湯，湯燉的濃濃的，像牛奶一樣。我是一個人出行，老闆和老闆娘擔心我，下午打了好幾個電話，確認安全，確認何時接我，何時做晚飯。民宿就在景區裏，離大龍纜車就10分鐘的車程，但又不鬧，很安靜，很安逸的環境。從高鐵站到民宿1小時不到的車程，可以直接打車不貴。也可以坐景區專門的大巴，從高鐵站到景區。夏天有漂流可以玩，門口的小溪也可以直接下水玩，冬天有滑雪，春秋可以爬山。是家寶藏民宿。

到了後給我們免費升級到了二樓，房間比原來的略大點。房間裏設施基本可以，就是電視不容易打開，每次都要找服務員過來幫忙。衞生可以，環境不錯。酒店的早餐也可以，周邊吃飯也比較方便。

Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service.
Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time).
Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets.
Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door.
Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB.
Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP.
Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat.
We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

MMarz of PenangIt was a great birthday celebration, our first stay at The Langham Hefei and definitely not our last! Reception staff and the Club Lounge staff were all excellent, very efficient and professional. Room 3406 was well appointed, very clean and good smelling even if it was a smoking room. Cocktail hour at the club lounge was great, very good selection of food and alcoholic drinks. Breakfast at Seasons has a good spread of local and Western food. Looking forward to more stays! We

UUtente ospiteHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

UUtente ospiteLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan.
Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.
