Had a great stay again in this same room. It is very spacious, clean and the attendant takes care of all your needs during the stay. I love that! They bring everything to your door no need to get things yourself. It includes club lounge access which is very convenient for meals. I would definitely book again. I also used their laundry service and it was ready the same day.

Il check-in ha dato un'ottima camera e una torta per il mio soggiorno di compleanno. La stanza #1501, con una vista di 180 gradi sul lago Swan, ha i segni di compleanno dal tavolo e sulla TV, una canzone di compleanno che gioca su slip, e divertenti asciugamani sul letto. La sala Intercontinentale del Club ha offerto una generosa selezione di snack di tè pomeriggio e di pranzo leggero, ma abbiamo dato un basso grado alla selezione delle bevande, il vino e le scelte del liquore erano piuttosto limitate. Ma il bellissimo staff lo ha fatto con un servizio eccellente e attento. Ho avuto un massaggio rilassante al Yixi Spa, ma notiamo che il prezzo è sul lato alto. La piscina interna era bella e pulita, dotata di un guardiano di vita attento. La varietà del colazione era piuttosto buona, delicatamente equilibrata tra le tariffe locali e il cibo conforto occidentale. E' stato un meraviglioso fine settimana di compleanno da parte di partenza a finitura, sicuramente tornando qui per un altro soggiorno! 🌟

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. WWee Meng SengSiamo una famiglia di quattro. Ci siamo divertiti molto nel nostro soggiorno all'hotel. Era così rilassante e tranquillo. L'hotel era circondato da montagne, ma dispone di tutte le strutture di un hotel a cinque stelle. Poiché era inverno non usiamo la piscina, ma abbiamo avuto un divertimento di soffocare nelle primavera calde all'aperto. La cena e il colazione erano deliziosi e gli ingredienti erano di migliore qualità. La ricezione era calda e professionale. I giovani uomini e la signora che correvano in questo posto ci hanno dato un ottimo consiglio su come salire sulla montagna. In generale, consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia un ottimo tempo sulla base della montagna prima di salire sulla montagna e di riprendersi dopo l'albero prima di tornare alla resistenza della città.

FFury.SakuraThe Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.
