Anche l'arredamento della camera è nuovissimo, i cuscini sono molto comodi, il soffione della doccia può essere sostituito e la porta del bagno presenta alcuni problemi, che possono essere riparati. A very cozy hotel with a warm, home-like atmosphere. The view from the window is just like a postcard — absolutely breathtaking. The location is great — only a 10-minute easy walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the mountains. The hotel owner is incredibly friendly and kind. Upon arrival, he upgraded me to a more spacious and comfortable room at no extra charge. He also helped me plan the best route based on my available time and the weather conditions, and shared many interesting stories about the local history. The rooms are clean and well-equipped (hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries). I had read in previous reviews about weak water pressure and unstable temperature, but everything worked perfectly for me. My room had a shower and a small bathtub. There’s also an option to order food to the hotel, but I chose to have dinner in different spots around town — there are plenty of cafes nearby, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. At the end of my stay, the hotel owner arranged a transfer to the station for me, which cost five times less than a regular taxi ride. Even after I returned home, he reached out to check if I got back safely and if everything was alright. I’m very happy with the hotel and the quality of service. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Everything was ok and the staff was amazing and the room was clean and the WiFi was faster and the breakfast was amazing and Ada was good girls she help us with everything

La posizione è ottima, la camera è nuovissima, vicino al South Gate, molto comoda. Ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il luogo panoramico. I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

Our family spent a week visiting Huangshan and the surrounding area. Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng was the best of the best in the area. The location and the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff at the hotel was incredible. I would like to thank all the friendly staff members at the hotel for the wonderful service, particularly Mr. Kevin Wang. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers.

I have rated this hotel 5* as I loved my stay here and the facilities are great. Nice big tidy room with a decent view of Hefei, great shower with bath too. Lovely gym and swimming pool - neither too busy. Super friendly staff on the front desk to check in and check out. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Would recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again
