Per la prima volta, sono venuti a Zhuang, e vedendo la valutazione dice che è buono scegliere di vivere in questo hotel. Per tre giorni consecutivi, il servizio è molto buono, l'ambiente elegante e le strutture perfette.
Quando si occupa del soggiorno, il manager di piccolo tavolo della reception ha aiutato molto entusiasticamente a portare i bagagli nella stanza, e ha mandato iodio autoprodotto dall'hotel.

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

La signorina Reception mi ha detto che c'era una costruzione alla porta dell'hotel e non c'era modo di evitare il rumore. Dopo tutto, accetto che è venuto a fare un viaggio. Ma il pranzo di autobus dell'hotel a mezzogiorno è davvero insensato. Ho trovato che molti pranzi erano freddi alle 12. Era anche riflesso con i manager accanto, come se non importassero la temperatura del cibo. Non so se sia perche' mangiano cibo non caldo o perche' non sono altri La sera è straordinaria!L'intera gente non va bene!Devi ancora rispondere all'hotel. Ci sono diverse stagioni con diversi paesaggi. Il cosiddetto ”sono le montagne” è libero di vedere il mare. Devi andare a Huangshan molte volte per sentire il shock di ”sono le montagne”!
Prima di andare, ho visto molti ricci di famiglia, e alla fine ho scelto il punteggio e il rapporto di prezzo superiore ”sono anche le montagne”, e non siamo delusi.

UUtente ospiteLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan.
Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

XXihuanmitangdemaoParcheggio: il parcheggio con guida autonoma è molto comodo. Ci sono parcheggi sufficienti davanti alla porta. Il capo ha prenotato un posto auto e MVP lo ha parcheggiato per 2 giorni.
Trasporti: ha piovuto il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, quindi il capo ha accompagnato con entusiasmo me e i miei figli al punto di trasferimento a Nandaemun. Dopo essere scesi dalla montagna il secondo giorno, abbiamo camminato lungo il fiume e cenato, se non contati. Durante l'ora dei pasti si arriva effettivamente all'hotel in 12 minuti e la strada in discesa è molto comoda. L'hotel è anche molto vicino al Lago Smeraldo e alla Cascata Jiulong in auto. Siamo andati alla Cascata Jiulong e ci sono voluti solo 8 minuti.
Igiene: la stanza è molto pulita e ordinata e ha un aspetto rinfrescante.
Decorazione: Il primo piano è un bar con decorazioni originali, che offre pasti leggeri, patatine fritte, pollo fritto e pizza. I bambini adorano le patatine fritte. Il 15 febbraio 2024 siamo partiti dalla parte più settentrionale di Nanchino e abbiamo portato i nostri bambini in un viaggio senza guida sul monte Huangshan. Quando siamo arrivati a Yungu, il tempo era sfavorevole e pioveva continuamente. Abbiamo scelto di andare avanti coraggiosamente e siamo saliti le scale lungo il tortuoso sentiero.
