JJovanna1125La camera era pulita e spaziosa. L'unico inconveniente è che alle 4 del mattino si sentono i rumori delle moschee vicine. La colazione era ottima, con molta scelta.

Ho avuto una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno all'H.A.R.S. Hotel Malang. Il personale era caldo e benvenuto dall'inizio, e il processo di check-in era liscio. La mia camera era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante.
La piscina è un bel posto per rilassarsi, l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è tranquilla e piacevole.
Una cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la selezione del colazione. Anche se il cibo era buono, la varietà era piuttosto limitata rispetto a quello che mi aspettavo da un hotel di questo livello.
Nonostante ciò, ho avuto ancora un bel tempo e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.Un bel posto per rilassarmi mentre esplorando Malang

Aawiy1This was my first time taking my infant on a road trip, and we chose Grand Mercure Malang based on its strong reputation and positive reviews. I'm happy to say that the experience lived up to expectations.
The room we stayed in was clean and offered a spectacular mountain view. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room that was still being cleaned, but the hotel staff quickly realized the mistake and rectified it promptly. We also requested a baby crib, which was delivered shortly after without any issues.
The bathroom was well-stocked with amenity kits, and there were plenty of clothes hangers available. The shower pressure was strong and very comfortable.
I made use of the gym and swimming pool during our stay. The gym was well-equipped with a squat rack, a full set of dumbbells, a cable machine, and two benches. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm, which made for an enjoyable experience.
Our room included breakfast, and there was a wide variety of food options available. The service throughout was kind and respectful. I would say the barista at the coffee counter could benefit from more training to improve their cappuccino-making skills, but it was still acceptable.
I will definitely return to this hotel for future stays. I've also included some photos to help others considering booking here. Thanks again to the Mercure Malang team for a great stay!

Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you.
The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though.
There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience.
Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels.
The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel.
Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall.
Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

UUtente ospiteIl personale è molto amichevole e utile. I mobili sono di buona qualità ma non molto comodi e le foglie non sono adattate alla materassi. Il WiFi è inutile - ho dovuto usare i dati mobili invece e switch fuori WiFi. È stato sconcertante che ogni pulizia della stanza abbia portato a 15 gradi di AC.

MMeyriscaHotel economico.. ma la camera è abbastanza spaziosa ... pulita ... il più comodo è la camera da bagno separata dal bagno. Prenotamo 2 camere, un letto matrimoniale, un gemellato (2 letti singoli sono coperti, quindi è come un letto matrimoniale ma è più ampio). Il lobby è molto spazioso.. Solo che ci sono solo 3 divani per 1 persona ... Il ricevitore è amichevole e utile.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente a pochi passi dalla strada centrale Dada, e ci sono molti musei a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria a circa un chilometro dalla stazione ferroviaria.
La stanza dell'hotel è abbastanza grande da avere un guaio troppo vecchio per essere riparato senza manutenzione sembra un po'smutato.

WWan Irham 75This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably.
Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully.
Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous.
What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.
