Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Noi eravamo nelle camere fuori dalla hall, probabilmente le camere che affacciano sul cortile sono più suggestive. La hall principale, il cortile e lo spazio per mangiare erano molto belli ed accoglienti, il personale fantastico, delle ragazze sempre pronte ad aiutarti che lavorava o moltissimo (grazie grazie grazie). La nostra camera ampia e pulita ma passava poca aria perché arieggiata solo da una piccola finestra e quindi spesso umida. Perfetta la posizione, accanto al monastero e vicina a negozi e ristoranti.

L'hotel ha fatto la qualità necessaria in tutti gli aspetti. Il ricevitore della reception è molto amichevole e felice di aiutare.La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno è sufficiente.La luce della stanza è buona, il luogo è buono, la dieta di trasporto è molto conveniente.

Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare all'hotel Campanile di Xining! Fin dal mio arrivo, mi sono sentito incredibilmente accolto. Nonostante il mio arrivo anticipato, il personale, in particolare Marie, Xiaojing e Xiaoma, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, permettendomi di effettuare il check-in senza problemi. Le attenzioni durante tutto il mio soggiorno lo hanno reso davvero eccezionale. La frutta di benvenuto all'arrivo è stata una piacevole sorpresa e la colazione gratuita è stata un fantastico inizio di giornata. La mia camera non solo era pulitissima e incredibilmente confortevole, ma offriva anche una splendida vista sulla città: una vera delizia!
