Brasile: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Pará

Molto buon servizio (accoglienza e manutenzione). - Una colazione con scelta. Punte negativa: non si capta il wifi nella stanza.

This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. A causa della barriera linguistica, ho avuto una cattiva impressione sulla loro comunicazione, perché non hanno risposto alla mia richiesta di controllo in molto più tardi del controllo in tempo ( 12:00 -18:00 ) indicato sulla prenotazione. Quando sono arrivato al personale, mi aspettavano di ricevermi molto gentile e mi hanno controllato molto rapidamente. La stanza era così comoda, pulita e bella, soprattutto il bel letto circondato che la prima volta che ho visto nella mia vita. La proprietà è a pochi passi dalle attrazioni turistiche.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Il colazione è sempre eccellente e incondizionabile, ma la rete WiFi non passa in tutto l'hotel e è molto instabile. Dobbiamo andare al lobby per collegare il suo portatile o il suo ordine. Ho già avuto questo problema nel mese di marzo e il problema non è ancora risolto. Attenzione la Cop 30 arriva con molti viaggiatori di affari. Dovremo risolvere questo rapidamente e in tutto l'hotel. Altrimenti è un hotel che consiglio particolarmente

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, la colazione è buona, ma la camera che ho rimasto ha bisogno di manutenzione. Era con la vasca sul piastrelle che si trova fuori dal bagno e la vasca dentro il bagno, facendo il pavimento bagnato tutto il tempo.

Grande soggiorno! Situazione conveniente e accesso alle strutture in tutto il palazzo. Ci sono anche la pizza di Domino, anche bar da snack e altre opzioni per mangiare molto vicino. È stato anche un grande soggiorno!

Minha experiência durante a hospedagem poderia ter sido melhor. O sanitário precisa de melhorias, assim como o café da manhã, que achei com poucas opções e precisa ser mais completo. Também gostaria de destacar que o atendimento e a cordialidade na recepção deixaram a desejar. Espero que essas observações sejam consideradas para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.

Hotel ottimo. Ottimo ubicazione, dipendenti con molta attenzione al cliente. Buon caffè. Vengo altre volte. Vale la pena !

Clean place with kind and helpful staff and the bus station is near to hotel and really good and delicious breakfast
