La stanza e l'infrastruttura erano decenti, ma il dipartimento di check-out ha fornito una classe di master in disturbo deliberato. Nonostante la prenotazione per una persona, abbiamo controllato come due. Il dipartimento di frontiera ha preso felicemente i nostri ID e ci ha controllati senza un peep. Ma il giorno dopo, un altro agente di front desk, evidentemente senza alcuna comprensione della situazione, ha deciso di informarci che un'altra persona avrebbe costato un altro 10 dollari. Bravo! Questa logica potrebbe venire solo da un vero genio. Naturalmente, ero vivo e ho avuto un argomento caldo con loro. Il loro atteggiamento di servizio era stellar estremamente povero e poco professionale. Se volevano pagare un'ulteriore tassa, perché non informarci durante l'ispezione invece di mettere in primavera questa piacevole sorpresa al check-out? Evidentemente, sono conosciuti del bel arte degli ospiti irritanti. Inizialmente avevo pensato bene all'hotel, ma grazie a questa piacevole esperienza di front desk, tutti questi sentimenti positivi sono stati completamente obliterati. Rilassati, questo hotel è ora sulla mia lista nera. La mia missione è di consigliare ai miei amici di non rimanere qui in futuro.Che gemma di un istituto veramente caldo e completamente ribelle!

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

Pros: 1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big. 2.) comfort mattress 3.) key card access to floor 4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi 5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet 6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool 7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good 8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine 9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from 10.) in room facilities is perfect Cons: 1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong! 2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all 3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain 4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station 5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise 6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests 7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good 8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

È un buon hotel, ma stavano facendo la riparazione durante il giorno che era alto e mi hanno dato mal di testa, mi hanno dato un'altra stanza, ma non mi ha aiutato... dovevo fare un lavoro e chiamare era impossibile. Ma il personale e il manager erano molto amichevoli. Suggerisco se non vuoi deludere i tuoi ospiti chiudere il posto per qualche giorno e fare la riparazione 24/7 fino a quando non è finita.perché non si evita gli ospiti arrabbiati che rimangono lontani la prossima volta. Perche' pagano il prezzo più alto per il soggiorno inconfortabile in Pearl Hotel .

The hotel was very neat and clean. Food was good The hotel is in prime location had easy access to metro and other areas. The staff was very polite and cordial. There was market nearby to get things back home. The front desk people (Imraj , Sagor ,shahin ) were very helpful and cordial. The room service was very good. The stay was very pleasant and nice

The driver picks up me at the point very close to the exit Arrivals area.Driver helps to load suitcases. Transfer is very fast. Hotel is comfortable (Single Deluxe room). Breakfast starts at 6.30 am. Good for early flights.

Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza a Amari Dhaka. Il personale era incredibilmente accogliente, e il servizio era eccellente. La mia stanza era pulita, comoda, e aveva una bella vista. Le strutture, soprattutto la piscina e le opzioni da pranzo, erano top-notch. Lo consiglio molto per un soggiorno rilassante!
