Il signore del divano era molto gentile, e le signore che si lavavano la mattina erano molto gentile. Il letto era molto comodo, e il condizionamento d’aria funzionava incredibilmente bene - questi erano i miei due più grandi desideri. E la stanza era molto tranquilla. So che ci sono ospiti su entrambi i lati della nostra stanza (ci siamo incontrati nella hall), ma non hai mai sentito un suono dalla stanza. In questo modo, c'era un sacco di capelli liberi sul pavimento dietro la porta del bagno e sul contatore del bagno, anche sul mio bastone (grazie che io viaggia con un bastone da casa a dormire direttamente su). La chiusura di sicurezza extra sulla porta è stata rotta - sembrava che la porta fosse stata aperta in passato. Infine, c'era anche una pillola sul pavimento sotto il letto di mia figlia - una rapida ricerca di Google ha detto che era un rapido rilascio Tylenol. Anche se non era un grosso affare per noi - il mio adolescente non farà il pop casuale pillole di piano alberghiero - potrebbe essere un affare più grande per qualcuno che viaggia con un giovane toddler. In difesa dell’hotel, il cameriere del front desk mi chiedeva se la stanza fosse a posto quando andai a prendere il ghiaccio subito dopo il carico. Non avevo ancora trovato nessuna di queste cose, e sono sicuro che avrebbero cercato di aiutarci, pulendola o muovendoci. Siamo stati tutti e due stanchi e stiamo solo per rimanere una notte, quindi abbiamo scelto di andare a dormire.

Non ho usato le strutture. Il colazione era buono. La stanza era fredda finché non ho scoperto il sistema di riscaldamento. Il letto era molto comodo. Il personale era professionale, amichevole e utile.

My shower head was installed poorly. It was too high and wouldn’t angle down. Two lightbulbs weren’t working. No convenient plug near the bed. The front desk person didn’t speak much English, and handed their cellphone to my travel companion (in a different room where the shower was better) to talk to someone with better English. I won’t be booking a room here again. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed.

L'odore era cattivo, il resto era buono.

The staff is amazing! The housekeeper noticed a spider in a corner and right away she took care of it. Then they offered to move me to a different room. I appreciated they were going to all that trouble over a tiny little spider lol but no need to go to all that trouble for a little thing like that. Especially when it's that time of year for those little critters to try and make their way inside.

This was a nice little hotel near many good restaurants. At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!

Well , the staff and his name is Keith he is a great guy very nice and accommodating. The room is just ok. Bathroom is less than ok. Our sink was keep clogging and toilet has stained and when u flush the toilet so loud and slow. Whats the best on our stay was just staff especially Keith. Keep up the good work Keith

I really like this hotel it is very quite and clean and the people that work here is very nice to us I really would like to continue to stay here but I ran out of money will be back when I have more money I really do enjoying to stay here

L'hotel è ancora in ristrutturazione. Sembra divenire molto meglio. Entrada unica alla costruzione, nessun ascensore. La stanza è spaziale, ma sembra un potenziale rischio di incendio per la mancanza di uscite di emergenza e di un piccolo passaggio al terzo piano
