La struttura generale della stanza è spaziosa e buona, convenientemente situato sulla strada principale, è un buon motel con un prezzo ragionevole e una scelta alimentare se si visita Oamaru.

Molto pulito molto spazioso e il personale è stato molto amichevole, anche suggerire e consigliare alcuni luoghi locali per noi di visitare mentre siamo lì. molto vicino a poche minuti di guida da molte attrazioni

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

This hotel is very good. It's also very good. It makes me amazed. The environment is not bad. But…The interior space is a little small for that

La posizione del motel di alloggio aspirante è molto conveniente vicino a ristoranti e negozi, a piedi di distanza da tutto. La nostra stanza era pulita e temperata, con tutte le attrezzature di cui abbiamo bisogno. L'unico conseguente che abbiamo è il rumore, siamo stati al piano superiore e possiamo sentire il rumore che ci ha tenuti alzati di notte. Ci hanno detto che era normale. Grazie a Dio abbiamo avuto le orecchie!

A very old motel. The place needs some upgrading especially the taps in the kitchen basin as both the cold and hot water taps are separated. So you will not get warm water through the taps and the two taps are located at about 10 cm apart. Finds it difficult to use the two taps as the water is either too cold to wash the dishes using the cold water tap or too hot if you use the hot water tap.

Il luogo è un po'distante, la stanza è molto spaziosa, la decorazione dell'hotel è molto vecchia, l'apparecchiatura della cucina è meno, ci sono microonde e panini, dormire la notte, la porta della stanza è scura, la luce del giardino è particolarmente luminosa, che influenzerà il sonno.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable!

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!
