Armour is a very nice motel. The service is speedy and friendly. The facilities provide for everything that we need. Cafes and restaurants are nearby.

La nostra posizione è grande, ma molto pulita, amichevole e utile, e gli unici negativi che potevo menzionare sono che la pressione dell'acqua di doccia era bassa e la doccia mancava un piatto di sapone montato su un muro.

A clean quiet older style motel, well-managed and excellent value. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and live on site. The rooms have a small fridge which is very handy and a split air conditioner which also works as an effective heater. Parking is outside your door and the WIFI is fast and reliable. We would happily stay here again.

Accomodation was spacious and very clean.
The room was incredibly quiet and we had a great night’s sleep. It was also great to stay somewhere that had a spacious bathroom and not an afterthought bathroom. Bonuses for us were having a sofa and a dining suite as well as a microwave.
Reception were helpful and friendly .
Thank you for a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Our stay was fine. Staff polite. Food on site was ok. Wanted to store our luggage before able to check in but the area available had a shutter door which didn’t lock.
Some rooms over look boarding kennels. Nothing in the area apart from URBNSURF great place to have food and watch the surfing. Three little Ducks food excellent definitely recommend here .

Wonderful Motel
Truly inspiring and they set a lot of unique examples. Netflix in each room, lights from Shower and a bin for recycle stuffs. Wow, they are really good.

UUtente anonimoQuesto è un ottimo hotel a Melbourne! I tram sono in ogni angolo e si è a pochi passi dalla Stazione della Croce Sud. La stanza è spaziosa e ha tutto quello che ho bisogno. Il personale è tutto caldo e accogliente. Si consiglia!

UUtente ospiteVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

UUtente ospiteI had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful!
There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre.
The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

UUtente ospiteAndrew and Michelle were lovely and very friendly, gave us great advice on takeaway fish and chips for dinner and even better directions, would not have found it without them. Room was exceptionally clean with everything you need for short stay. Comfortable, spacious and even had a bonus electric blanket. Keep up the good work 😊

EExploring our one precious worldWe stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor.
However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night.
Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay.
While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Dopo aver controllato, ci hanno permesso di lasciare il bagaglio sul nostro divano, per poter esplorare la zona senza portare tutto intorno. È raro trovare questo tipo di pensiero e flessibilità.
