Felice a Testaccio Price: 40 per people Location: Via Mastro Giorgio, 29, 00153 Roma Felice seems to be a victim of its own success. It's very difficult to get a reservation. The restaurant is almost always full, and the waiters are running around (and in- and outside) like mad people. The food was good but that a bit marked up by the review before. The pastas were tasty and the lamb was cooked nicely. It's elegant, but the slightly frantic atmosphere doesn't allow you to enjoy it. Their famous tonnarelli cacio e pepe is too goopy with cheese and slightly over-peppered. Once we'd had our desserts, we had to flag down a waiter to get coffees and our check.
