A Hidden Gem In Hanoi

#claypotrice #hanoi #musteat #musttry A hidden gem located near the heart of old quarter is the Quan Com Tay Cam which is translated to claypot rice. Who knows Vietnam has their own version of claypot rice huh! Well, it's a small homely place where it's situated at the back street where they serve really good claypot rice, from well, to pork char Siew, to lap Cheong(Chinese sausage), beef, chicken and many others. It's somewhat similar to Chinese claypot rice but it has its own Vietnamese version when it comes to the sauces and the kind of rice and broth they use. Of course, the charred rice were perfectly cooked, nicely brown not black.
