Vietnam: hotel con internet nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

Ottimo hotel! Ha tutto il più necessario e separatamente soddisfatto l'area di caffè e il tappeto sul terzo piano! Probabilmente il miglior hotel in questa città!

La posizione è buona. È vicino al fiume Rosso e si trova strategicamente a meno di 1 km dalla frontiera cinese-vietnamita. Ci sono molti negozi di comodità, ristoranti e caffè che lo rendono molto conveniente. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, ma il personale, anche se non molto in inglese, ha cercato di comunicare con me. Le opzioni di colazione limitate sono l'unica ”solo vorrei essere migliore” per me, ma questo è più che compiuto da quanto sono basse le tariffe per le camere! Come viaggiatore d'affari, questo hotel è sulla mia lista di venditori preferiti.

Хороший хороший чистый отель, мы брали номер на троих, это был большой номер с 2 кроватями, своей ванной комнатой. Хотя окна выходили на дорогу, спать это не мешало. До центра Сапы 5 минут пешком. Правда возникла небольшая проблема с завтраками: бронировали и оплачивали размещение с завтраками но на ресепшене в их компьютере завтраки не отображались. Предложили направить запрос в поддержку трип ком, по итогу разбирательства мы завтраки оплатили на месте картой, а трипком компенсировали это начисление баллов на счёт. В принципе нас все это устраивает, но просто пришлось немножечко поразбираться с этим и потратить время на ресепшене. А в остальном все окей.

The location was fine in the middle of the town, though we had to walk a few minutes to find restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast. It only had noodle soup and bread. Most food trays had nothing. The hotel staff said there were only 10 guests so they didn't prepare most breakfast dishes. Some hostels' breakfast could be better than this 4 star hotel. The bathroom had no bathtub which was fine, but the whole place got wet after shower as water leaked from the shower area to the toilet and everywhere. The room smelled quite a bit when we first walked in and the AC system was partially locked so we couldn't change the AC mode. The only positive was the hotel staff was friendly and let us check in early for free.

Town view rooms are noisy with construction and street noise. Staff were great and moved us to a Mountain View room which was so much better. 10/10 for that. So good hotel but Sapa itself has over developed now; busy, noisy streets, litter all over and constant pestering by street vendors detracted from what was once a beautiful place

Hotel altamente raccomandato a Sapa. Colazione è fantastica. Cioccolato caldo era così buono. Molto accessibile, il personale era amichevole e utile. Prenotammo il fan attraverso l'hotel ma purtroppo non potevamo farlo in tempo. We asked the staff if we are able to go the next day, and fortunately, they were able to accommodate us even to the ticket is valid only for one day. La famiglia è molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho soggiornato nel dormitorio e è pulito e confortevole, molto buono valore per i soldi e hanno anche fornito colazione

Thung da Front Desk rendeva il nostro soggiorno facile e semplice. Arriviamo all'hotel alle 6:00 e anche se il nostro check-in doveva essere alle 2:00, ci ha lasciato fare il check-in precoce (solo per aggiungere 500k vnd) che era tranquillo e il resto era grande. Siamo sicuri che torneremo presto!

È un peccato che dovremmo scrivere una recensione negativa perché ci aspettavamo davvero il nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera era bella e il controllo in corso era ben tenuto e il personale era estremamente amichevole. La colazione era una buona selezione. Il primo giorno siamo arrivati tardi, e siamo andati direttamente al bagno per un massaggio carino e attento al personale. Tuttavia, il bagno stesso era impuro, c'era un forte odore di rifiuti e la sala di cambio era sporca con asciugamani bagnati, docce influenze e rubinetti generali intorno. Il secondo giorno abbiamo fatto uso della palestra e del spa, ma la piscina riscaldata era rotta, le porte della sauna erano state lasciate aperte, quindi non c'era calore, le piscine erbe dovevano riempire i bagni con i servizi o i piatti. C'era una coda di giorni che gli ospiti ricevevano rimborsi, quindi chiese al manager se fosse possibile che potremmo essere compensati perché abbiamo prenotato sulla base delle strutture spa e entrambi i giorni non erano state le migliori esperienze. No, perché non pagavamo i clienti al bagno (anche se pagavamo per rimanere due notti), ci disse se ci rimborsava se doveva prendere i salari dal personale o rinunciare al suo stipendio. Abbiamo chiesto una denuncia per posta elettronica, ma ci ha detto di no perché temeva il suo lavoro, ma ha inviato un piatto di frutta di tre arance e due mele alla nostra stanza.
